Pirs got me funded, but left me wondering...
Pirs got the job done and the loan was not that expensive. I was however, concerned about all the hesitation at first as the funding did not go through as easily as I thought it might. I never had an issue before and the person I worked with at Pirs seemed to be overly picky because she looked back into my banking history from 2019 (its 1st quarter 2022 now) and was concerned with a recent good rent check I wrote for my business, which had nothing to do with the loan. It was interesting, but I was funded, so it worked out.

Easily understood the product the offering and prepay option was made clear. The sales guy was so good I actually chose to use his product over the competitors because he did a great job of explaining all of the benefits and interest rates and how they compared to the competitor.

PIRS was great to work with and the process went very smoothly. For non-secured financing, PIRS is one of the better options and offers available. I looked at a number of other options and PIRS was the best.

Nehemiah and the entire team were great! He worked with us to get us exactly what we needed. We received about a dozen offers but I wouldn't work with anyone else. The fees and terms were just as we were told. No surprises!
