Liars re:personal guarantee
Liars re:personal guarantee. I engaged with them solely because, multiple times, including in their first cold email, they claimed, "No personal guarantees." Lo and behold, contract they send is nasty and 100% includes a personal guarantee. They claim, "Yeah, if you don't plan to default, then there's nothing personally liable." The whole point of a personal guarantee is in case of default. They wasted a massive amount of my time and are clearly, as one friend of mine put it, "legal loan sharks."

PIRS takes the time to ensure that everyone understands what they are signing, and we also understand that not everyone will agree or decide to move forward. I felt that our conversation was constructive, and there is no need to post this review because you disagree with legal language in our agreement. We hope that you decide to reconsider this, because PIRS took the necessary steps to discuss our contracts to ensure you understood everything involved.

I would not recommend any business to work with Piris Capita! Worst experience I have ever had in my 26 yrs in business. Deductions from my business checking acct without my authorization is beyond comprehensive. Piirs Capital is not a trustworthy funding Company. I will go further on my complaint to the Better Business Bureau along with any other business I can file a complaint with. Also will take action according to my Attorney advise.
