Just what I needed and cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Great service, items were dispatched immediately.

I was very impressed with Pipedream fitting.

Very poor customer service

Delivery time was efficient, but the product itself left a bit to be desired. Unfortunately they are not suitable for industrial furniture projects when you’re after a nice cosmetic finish.

The pipes and flanges were thrown together into a bag that isn’t suitable so the packaging was ripped open and had to be repaired by the courier company. The items themselves were full of dirt and oil. The pipes were also heavily scratched so do not give you a fine finish.

Unfortunately the customer service reply was simply “this is how they come”.

If you’re looking for items for industrial style furniture I would look elsewhere, even if they do advertise this on the website.

Easy website to order items, Good communications throughout the whole experience including updates on the order, which was ready for next day pick-up.
Decided to pick up the order as close by, which was seamless and when I did wish to exchange a couple of the items, I was able to re-visit and exchange without any fuss or bother.

Very quick order processing, reasonable delivery charges and quality products

Items as described but delivery terrible . Paid extra to have 2-3day tracked delivery but after many phone calls they still hadn’t arrived after 7 days and couldn’t track them as they hadn’t sent them on a 2-3 day tracked delivery , spoke to James on Friday and he fast tracked for the next day and has assured me I’ll be refunded for the whole delivery cost but so far nothing .
