Bought a Chloe bag, when I wanted to speak to someone they were extremely helpful. The bag arrived today and it is top quality.

They say they reshipped my order with a different tracking number they claim they shipped it via expedited but when I ordered the first time the tracking system say it was at customs in los Angeles now the tracking system don't say shit it said the first time Everytime it get to the sorting center two days later it's saying it's been delivered get the freak out of here with the lies and scamming

Scam company throughout. I see a ad that talk about this special neuro bubble gum that makes you focus better etc. I go on the site order a pack that says neuro gum. 3 weeks later i get the package that says neuro mints which is drops and not gum! And their support just responds with generic that these are safe to use and have the same effect lol.. Weird company seeing reviews on their other products is also scam,i askes them nicely several times to send me the right items or refund and they just talk about how these are the same i ordered it cause of bubble gum or else i would never try it as im a bubble gum person… how are they still operating

I ordered some sweatshirts and have not received them. It says them been delivered. I got two different tracking numbers. I will never order from them again. What a joke.

Have not recieved order. Interestingly, on the Shop app, it shows as delivered….9 days before I placed the order. I have emailed them and awaiting response. Not looking good at this point though!!!Not sure how to photographic evidence to Trust pilot but will try l!!

communication is completely cut off internally and externally. No item was ever delivered after the company shipping to wrong cities and failing to notify several times, theyre trying to go around laws to deny ur right to refund because theyve been 'sending' their item several times. Scam

do not order and seek legal counsel if youve been scammed by them as well

I initially purchased this product with high expectations, but after thinking it over, I realised it wasn’t the right fit for my needs. That said, I want to highlight how responsive and helpful the company was throughout the process. They answered my questions promptly and made the refund process smooth and hassle-free.

Although the product didn’t work out for me personally, I appreciate the quality of service and would definitely consider buying from this company again in the future. Their customer care really stood out.

They were very quick at responding and keeping me updated with delivery information. My bag arrived and I love it, quality is fabulous. After sales is excellent as I had a minor problem with the zip on my bag and they replaced it straight away. I would definitely recommend and I would buy from them again.

Didn't buy an expensive bags from this site, they are not the same as photos but very similar, Quality is good for what you pay for, received compliments when wearing them. Customer Service was very helpful. Not UK based so order had taking a few weeks to arrive

I purchased a bag and sandals and was very surprised by how swift they arrived, also they are fantastic quality. Never doubt them, they communicate well and they are on top of their dispatches. Will defo use them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! It is a scam!!!!!!!! My order has not arrived despite buying over 2 months ago. Whenever I queried it they’d reply every single week saying ‘it will arrive this week’ and it never has. The minute I ask for a refund for my order that never arrived they suddenly stop corresponding. THEY ARE SCAMMERS SO DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

This is the biggest scam ever. I ordered some products which came exactly a month after ordering them. I was told that I would receive them between 7 to 21 business days. I received my order. They were definitely not as described on the advertisement. Very cheap quality definitely do not recommend

Awful! Scam scam scam! Ordered some minimiser bras, eventually arrived months after many emails- terrible bras- sizing ridiculously small. Contacted them and asked for a return as their website says 100% money back guaranteed.
They offered me 30% back! Stay away from this website!!!!!!!

Quality terrible, really really small made. Requested refund or larger size, advised larger size would be sent and that was more than 3 months ago and nothing had arrived despite further emails. no longer responding to any mails. Thieves!

Ordered a jacket in early November. Ordered Size L as their chart suggested this would fit UK16…I’m 12-14 but wanted to wear a sweater underneath and not be constricted.
Despite trumpeting London credentials, tracking soon showed it was from……China!!
Jacket arrived - not as chunky as photos but still nice, after all the packing creases disappeared.
Requested Returns label as it would barely fit a UK8-10. Tiny.
Initially they told me to return - at my expense. I disputed this and again requested Returns label. Also promised to report their scamming.
Surprisingly after another couple of back & forths they sent a full refund!! Still no returns label. Last contact 27/11.
It’s now January. A quick search shows they are now out of business. Probably to emerge shortly under another name…

The jacket has not increased in size so tiny niece has been gifted it!!
Lesson learned.

Still waiting for a response on a returns address. Quality was really poor. Do not purchase. Not confident i will get a refund at all with the poor communication.

THIS IS A SCAM! Do not buy anything from this company! The company advertises as UK but it’s in China. The products are very low grade and very poor quality and not as advertised. When I asked to return for a refund I was given a China address. Then I heard nothing back for a month after returning the product until I reported to my bank. Now I’ve finally received my refund. Be aware of this scammer!
