Hello,
Things at this location could be better.
The waiting area is cold, quiet and hard get to the front desk if your if you're in a wheelchair.
The bathroom is still not handicap accessible and does not accomidate wheelchairs. Items have to moved around or out of the bathroom to get in. The toilet seat is too short. It's not ADA compliant. There is not railing to help get up and down. So it is impossible to use the bathroom and give a urine sample.
I was told months ago that the Pinellas Park location was doing renovations to make both these areas bigger, better and more wheelchair friendly, but that is not the truth. When I asked this past visit about the renovations. I was told there are no more plans to change anything.

I asked for a referral for water therapy. When I looked at the referral when I got home, it says that the therapy is for my back. I don't have a problem with my back! I have end stage Osteoarthritis in both knees and need both knees replaced. I thought water therapy may help me maintain muscle in my legs and help with my balance. The referral I got does me no good, and now I have to wait another month before I come to the office to ask for the 3rd time. Last time she forgot to write me one and left before I checked out. So they couldn't ask her. That's what I get for seeing someone other than Dr. Guirguis.

My husband and I arrived on time for my 3 pm appointment. There were three other patients in the waiting room upon arrival. We continually have to wait at least an hour before seeing the physician. When we were going to the last room on the left, I noticed all the doors to the rooms in the hallway were empty, and no other patients were back there. So why did I have to wait so long to see the physician? The only reason I'm still going to this practice is because I followed Dr Guirguis from his previous practice. Although I'm very disappointed I have not gotten to see him the last 2 visits. I make the appointment with Dr. Guirguis so I expect to see Dr. Guirguis!

Great service, told to get there a little to early and had to wait awhile to get called back, but that is only complaint.

Have helped me tremendously I can function with lots ease pain level at a 3 to 7 without pain relief centers my life wold be miserable Thank You❣️

Best doctors and staff I followed my doctor (Otero) when he moved to Pinellas from Tampa been my doctor for over 5 years no complaints I will recommend this clinic to everyone

It was a long wait time. Doc didn't speak to me at all while completing the procedure (I did not have anesthesia). The staff who prepared me for the procedure were friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. The staff in the procedure room (other than the Doc) carried on personal conversations the whole time (not at all professional).

I wouldn't be moving without Dr Le. He is wonderful!

The management team has no idea what they're doing it has been over 8 months trying to get a problem solved and still no solution Have gone through 3 different office managers It has gone down since doctor Friedman sold the business if I could find another place I would

The doctors are great feel like they truley care and are empathetic. They recently lost an rn who was very caring and empathetic and now i have seen two different people who seem less empathetic and distracted.

I’ve been going to these doctors for thirty years and they have done a outstanding job for me. If you’re serious about your pain they are the best!

I have been seeing Dr. Le for over a decade now. Dr. Le has always been a caring and considerate physician. He takes the time to listen to what is going on and develop a treatment plan that works for you. I have been able to avoid spinal surgery because of his help. He never rushes through your appointment and really listens to what you have to say.

Dr.Le is a Great Doctor and very professional , I will miss him seeing I had to go to back to Michigan State.

Great staff and this time there was little waiting though sometimes it has been an hour's wait. Dr Le is a great Dr. The new office waiting room is much more pleasant than the ol onr but there is still no accommodation for wheelchairs.I often recommend this practice.

I love my Doc who is Dr. Gregorious as well as well as my nurse practitioner Kim Jones!! It’s amazing how friendly and professional they are, it’s truly a blessing! I’m so thankful for the care I receive from Pinellas Pain Relief Centers!! They really are concerned with your health and getting on a path to recovery!!

I get in and out quick doctors really care about me always Pleasant I have no complaints I'm glad I chose this pain clinic

With this new takeover, there are to many people tripping over each other. It's over kill. One nurse trying to do introvenus blew my vein the first time & messed up a 2nd time. Then she asked another nurse to try. Usually they love my veins.
