Disappointed Professional
I had an appt at 4pm on Weds 11/26. When I arrived at 3:22, I was told my appointment was at 3pm not 4pm and was turned way with a promise that zDr. Guirguis would call in my prescriptions To my pharmacy as the next appt they could give me was weeks away. No one called in my prescriptions despite the facts told to the very angry receptionist:My husband died the prior Thursday,I had to delay his funeral for one week because it was in another state and I Couldn’t change my appointment.NowI had to delay burying him again because the medicine was not called in as promised.I have been a Hospital Administrator for 27 years and a patient of this organization for 15 years. I couldn’t be more disappointed with them and am considering changing to another Dr. Respectfully, Marianne Frey

Completely humiliated because of my anxiety causing my hands to sweat and Dr grabbed my hands and then dropped them stepped back away from me and with a disgusted look on her face and said why are your hands all wet. I answered with I have severe anxiety and this is what happens to me when I'm made to feel uncomfortable.
Oh well if you are not just taking all the pills they push on you and useless procedures then this is how you are treated.

They made me feel so comfortable and the doctor sat down with me and listen to me and he understood exactly what I was saying to him and help me accordingly with my medication I would recommend any one going to any kind of a pain doctor you must come to see my new pain doctor he was amazing thank you pain relief centers thank you so much

Dr Le is very easy to talk to. Completely understanding and does his very best to help me. I truly couldn't be happier with my dr and staff here. The staff is always nice and welcoming. Sometimes it is hard to get ahold of them.

You book to many for apts and shots
You book to many for apts and shots. You should not have to wait 2 to 3 hours to be seen. It must be about the money, the more you pack them in the more money you make. I really hope you take this in to consideration. Doctors are rushed to get people in that they have no time to really explain what's going on. I am not happy about this matter and i'm sure I'm not the only one. This is not the first time I've address this.
