Simple and effective, became part of our lives almost immediately.

I found this system helpful for use by those with complicated medication regimes. It may be a little complicated for seniors with memory impairment, but overall for the proper candidate I think it's a great option!

PillDrill gives me exactly what I need--gentle reminders when it is time for my pills, a quick, simple way to log what I do and notifications to my son when I miss something. The combination of a stationary device for home and a mobile app for when I am away from home is very convenient.

They mean Customer Service 24/7 I've had the great pleasure of having dropped a couple of emails at non-normal operating hours and very surprised to find an answer in my inbox a couple of hours later -- like a weekend early morning. Both answers were surprisingly accommodating and done free!

I feel like I know these folks and I sure know I'll do anything I can to help and I'll be a pest in offering suggestions.

There's no better medication tracking device on the market today. I've tried a number of "mobile only" medication tracker apps with my parents, but they did nothing but confuse them. The PillDrill device, coupled with the mobile app, is the most intuitive/simple solution for medication tracking. You'll get the peace of mind you're looking for, from this product.

My wife is disabled and I'v become the manager of her meds and I love PillDrill. It makes tracking whether or not she's taken her med's a whole lot simpler. It used to be I hated going anywhere because there was a risk she could forget to take some medications. Now I know whether she has, or hasn't without having to call her to confirm. Also, when I'm away (like my upcoming annual hunting trip in November) her daughter who lives in Oregon (we're in Canada) can also help track whether or not my wife has taken her medications and call her if necessary.

I think this device needs to be marketed in Canada!

We could not get insurance to help pay for it and we can't claim it on income tax. But I'm betting if you talk to whomever you need to up here in the great white north, you can open a very large market for yourselves.

I have been pleasantly surprised by how much I now rely on my PillDrill to keep me organized and on track. Thankfully, my pill-taking needs are somewhat modest right now, but I do have two things I try to take every day, preferably in the morning. I have historically had horrible traction trying to get started and keep a routine around this. Now, I keep my PillDrill strips and the hub next to the coffee maker in our kitchen, and PillDrill is now an essential part of my morning routine. I love that I'm finally on track, consistent and reminded if I forget. Thanks, I love it!

This product is indispensable in enabling my elderly mother to live alone in her home. I do have three issues with Pill Drill:
1. Some of my mothers doses consist of 1-1/2 pills but there is no way to indicate the half. It only seems to allow one pill increments. We have a workaround (include the dose in the Name field) but this has led to further issues.

2. My mother needs a different dose of the same med depending on the time of day. Pill Drill only supports one dose amount.

3. I make frequent changes to my mothers doses as we are trying to wean her from a couple of her meds. Pill Drill gets confused when I change the schedule and will ask her to retake a dose she has already taken. My mother is lucid enough to not take the extraneous dose but it could be disastrous if your mother is unable to discern there is a problem.

I love the Pill Drill concept however, and Mom is lucid and patient enough to put up with these problems. if they fix these problems I will love Pill Drill for life.

I've been using PillDrill for a little over a year now and I love it! It can be so hard to remember to take your medication every day at the same time, and PillDrill has helped me immensely with that. I love that the "Mood Cube" allows me to take a moment every day to check in with myself and assess how I am feeling, and to track how my mood changes over time. PillDrill is also very easy to set up and use, and the app amazingly user-friendly if you're traveling.

This is the best thing I have ever bought. It has helped manage my medication in an easy and fun way. I have always been bad at remembering when I take medication. After my Thyroidectomy I'm now dependent on medication daily and multipule times a day. This has taken the stress out of a stressful situation. Thank you so much.

With some patience, this is the easiest and the best possible way to track medication.

I purchased PillDrill for my 93 y/o mother approximately 8 months ago so I could manage her medications. Once we determined the best times for the alarm and she became familiar with scanning the pods, she's never missed a dosage.

The assisted living facility she resides at charges for each separate medication and for each time it's administered. They also require that they order the medication from their chosen pharmacy.

After the initial purchase price for PillDrill there's no subscription price and we're saving money each month by managing the medications ourselves. More importantly for me, it alleviates the stress in wondering if she's taken her medications.

I love this product. I've been using it for some time and am a huge fan. I am very happy about being able to track medications.
