Pilgrims Coffee House & Roastery Anmeldelser 

I’ve been a Pilgrims Coffee customer since August 2022 after trying a latte from Toast in Tynemouth (they serve Pilgrims).

I’m on a monthly subscription for Daily Bread, which is probably a sinful blend to some, but a damn nice set of beans for home brewing.

I’m a big fan of this family owned and operated small business and would happily recommend Pilgrims Coffee to a discerning coffee drinker.

The website needs an update as I tried to amend an order b4 paying but it didn’t allow this ! Otherwise great people to deal with and the coffee is great.

Best coffee I have bought and top service delivering me my monthly subscription on line. Holy Grail is the Holy Grail of coffee. We are planning a trip up to the island soon and am hoping for the red carpet treatment as a long standing advocate of Pilgrim Coffee

Quick to deliver and absolutely delicious coffee. Tried to find the perfect coffee for years now. Found this and will never change.

We have come across Pilgrims Coffee roastery while visiting Holly Island. It was great coffee and we bought a small bag of beans as we are both coffee snobs.

We have it on subscription now :) I do visit London once every few months and there are many modern coffee places, which also sell beans. I always buy a small bag to give it a go, and only very few can compete with Pilgrims Coffee (naturally this is subjective opinion of 2 ppl) but even when something is as good, it's usually more expensive.

Online subscription is fully manageable too, such as changing delivery dates, skipping deliveries etc.

Order the coffee online, and it’s delivered promptly. It’s like I’m sitting on Holy Island every time I have a cup.

Always fantastic coffee - the taste is wonderful, and the quality is maintained order after order. I go for the ground coffee to use in a cafetière.

We visited earlier this year - really nice owners and have now switched our beans for home from the ‘big’ brand. Mail order very efficient. 👍👍

I found the coffee quite mediocre, and the branding unconcise..!

I have been getting my coffee from Pilgrims for some time now by mail order. The coffee is fabulous in my opinion and shared by others who have had it at my house. The packaging and names of coffees are fun and funky and good talking points when showing guests the product! Service is super being efficient and polite - they actually listen to customer feedback and answer the phone straight away! Coffee arrives promptly. What more do you want from your coffee supplier?

We are visiting Lindisfarne next month and are avid coffee drinkers. When researching our holiday we discovered this fascinating small business on Holy Island who actually roast their own beans. We ordered two flavours online that were delivered promptly, both of which are very drinkable. Looking forward to our visit to the actual coffee shop on Holy Island, no doubt a big slice of cake will also be consumed!

Fabulous coffee, I love every drop, subscription service is so easy it’s a must.

Great food - try out their Strata, warm welcome and delicious coffee. Local pubs could learn a lot from these guys!
