Always such good quality coffee and excellent communication. Feels like a much more personal and intimate place to get your beans as opposed to some of the more corporate buisness!

I love Mozzo Coffee! The flavour of the beans is unmatched, and the dark roasts manage to be strong without overpowering. My favourite beans are the House or the Signature. I always get so many compliments when I make coffees at home now.
The customer service is great, too. The deliveries always come so quickly, with lovely handwritten notes.
I started ordering Mozzo coffee beans as my favourite coffee shop used them. I am so glad I did.

My recent delivery of Mozzo coffee beans was unfortunately incorrect (I ordered 500g but received 250g) so I phoned their customer services line. Straight away I was through to a real person who was friendly and put me through to the correct department. Again, another really friendly and apologetic woman answered the phone and offered to send me a replacement 500g beans free of charge. Delivery is super quick, the coffee is delicious and the customer service is excellent. I continue to use Mozzo and recommend them to anyone looking to try something new :)

Delicious coffee

The people who run this coffee company provide the best customer service of all the various companies I deal with. The coffee turns up when expected and is always top quality. I’ve been a customer for a number of years and I’m not planning on going anywhere else.

Have been trying various brands of coffee pods lately, from the uk and Europe, some are only 40ml and I need to use two pods, there watery, too bitter, not very strong or I just don’t like the taste. Then I came across Mozzo and thought I would give them a try, there perfect, I can use a larger cup and there still a nice tasting strong coffee, not watery or bitter, they even do coffee bags which are also very good that I can take o work, Mozzo will definitely be my only go to coffee supplier, they were also delivered next day.

When I received my first Mozzo coffee order I received a lovely little Teddy bear who was named Noella and is so sweet. She is a constant presence with me.

It's all about the taste! I have been drinking a darker roasted coffee for some time and wanted a change. I was given a Mozzo coffee whilst away on holiday and really liked the taste. I am just working my way through the different coffees at present and very much enjoying this, albeit, there is some adjustments still to be made on my coffee machine. Very much a fan already!

As well as producing great coffee, Mozzo have some of the friendliest and most helpful employees i've ever met. Whether you visit in person (i have, twice) or order online, you will receive the same personal service which comes across as totally genuine. The beans themselves (I always use their house blend) are absolutely top quality and produce excellent results with my Sage bean to cup machine. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Mozzo kept me updated on delivery time etc and the coffee arrived on time and in good condition. The coffee itself is excellent. I bought the decaf coffee, which can be "iffy" from some suppliers. Being decaffeinated by the Swiss water process means the final coffee being the best I have tasted, albeit not quite as good as "normal" coffee.

Bought a selection of three bags of coffee for my husband. They arrived with interesting cards explaining a bit about where the coffee was grown and who by. Included in the order was some complimentary biscuits and wild flower seeds. Such a cute package with those little details.
