Excellent service. They advised on the best paddle based on my email request and once I'd decided, the paddle was delivered super fast, and it's perfect!

The padel arrived quickly and was well wrapped. It’s a shame padels , bats and racquets no longer come with a complimentary protective case . In the good old days my racquets always came with a case showcasing the brand and protecting the strings/ playing service . The padel wasn’t cheap so I was hoping it would come with a case .

Had a quick reply to my questions about a possible new padel. Ordered and the padel came quickly. The box was slightly bashed in transit but not where the padel face was so no issues there but maybe could have been protected a bit more. Happy with my new padel. Enhanced Duo.

Overall really good experience. Small issue of item being delivery to a different address, eventually we realised they had put the wrong address on the parcel but sent out a replacement swiftly. Will definitely use them again.

Pickleball People seem to go that extra mile in order to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Having recently bought a new paddle from them it arrived the next working day, well wrapped and as per the description on the website.
I also enquired a couple of days after buying my paddle about a specific net - which was showing as 'currently out of stock' - after a brief email to them they came straight back with an expected due date. Fab service from a UK based Pickleball Company!!
