I would like to say that I am deeply disappointed with PIB Insurance Broker.

From the beginning, I found them difficult to deal with, but I felt under pressure and decided to go ahead with them. After one year, when my insurance policy was coming to an end, they only contacted me four days before the renewal date. This was very concerning because it gave me very little time to look for another insurance company.

When I asked why they waited until the last few days of my contract, they replied by email saying they should have contacted me earlier, but they clearly did not bother. I had to chase them for the renewal quote myself, and when I finally received it, it was £400 more expensive.

Most of their messages arrived very late. It was already Friday, while my insurance was ending on Sunday, so I had almost no time to arrange another policy.

Thankfully, I managed to find another company that offered me exactly the same cover for £400 less.

Overall, my experience with this company was very disappointing. In my opinion, they were not professional.

I contacted the firm and the issue was resolved immediately.
