Seems a legit service and does a realistic physio assessment. When you pay once $3-something for that one assessment (asks plenty of data before you hit the paywall so you feel you invested more time than the 3$ worth) they actually alsl automatically subscribe you to a motnhly $17-something without being transparent about it when accessing through a phone. Logging into your account on a PC and stopping the subscription seems easy though but not possible on my iPhone. I asked the money back that they charged for the first month and got them back and modified this review.

This is a really comprehensive diagnostic tool including multiple tests that can be done at home to check for symptoms associated with certain movements. This was much more thorough than the attempt at diagnosis I received at urgent care. I was given a neck X-ray (when I recounted 2 previous injuries to the shoulder) a week's worth of pain relief and muscle relaxers that didn't alleviate the pain and a referral to physical therapy, but no further tests or real diagnosis. Hopefully, with these results and potential causes, I can ask for more thorough imaging on the shoulder rather than the neck that obviously showed no skeletal structural issues. I originally thought it was a pinched nerve, but may be something in the connective tissues.

I was willing to pay the 3.49$ trial cost, but bear in mind that this also automatically creates a recurring subscription with a higher price, that you should proactively search their website for in order to both realize you're subscribed to it and to cancel it if you don't want it. Pretty sure most people who take the trial don't even realize they're subscribed to recurring payments.

Not a scam, it’s like $3.50 for the assessment results and a bunch of videos, you can learn your rehab, save the exercises outside of the app and then do the program, just cancel inside if your account so you don’t get billed the $17 , worth it , so little for some advice a physio would charge you hundreds for

I am quite impressed by the thorough analysis of my problem and the identification of the possible pathologies, sorted from the most to the least plausible along with the explanation of what might have caused them.

The exercises work and are targeted to the specific ailment that you are having. Great site and great exercises!

I did not sign up to this company, but they say I had signed up on their website. Which I hadn’t done. They took an initial payment through PayPal and then 7 x £9.99 per month that I certainly didn’t authorise. When PayPal were alerted they refunded 2 payments they still owe £52.37 as I received no goods or services. This company is based in the Netherlands so no small claims available. So check all bank statements and PayPal transactions, as they are no longer the safety net they advertise as run by bots and AI so I was scammed! I only discovered this on 29/07/25

Fine my bad, but when I discover my mistake and try to cancel my subscription well there's no way of doing so. They say go to account settings. Guess what, that's right. There is no account settings! You can't even call customer service no email address just a form to fill out and wait to hear back when they have time. I wonder how long time that will take.
