Lovely quality photo book
Really pleased with the quality of this hard back / coffee table book. My partner wanted a photo book of the kids. The quality is really nice - we both love the trendy stripes and the page fill option. It’s a really nice thing to have. And arrived very quickly with the express delivery - overnight!

A 10/10 Experience
The transparency of the service, the ease at which I was able to create my product, the various options in regards to the design process, the swift delivery and the impeccable product itself - all of this made the experience a 10/10.

Works of art....
I have bought 4 of these books recently and I love them. The quality of the images are very good and the front cover designs are like works of art. Although it was time consuming manually adding all my photos the website was easy to use and it was well worth the time spent to now have all my memories printed so beautifully. I recommend using it on a computer rather than on your phone as I found editing my book slightly limiting when using through my phone. You have more control to move things around when using a computer.
I was really impressed with how quickly they arrived. They are now on display in my living room :)

Product arrived on time within 2 days and quality as expected. However the software for organising the photos on the pages was very tricky to use

It's amazing
I absolutely love photo bubble! I tried out my first coffee table book album with photo bubble and since then I've been obsessed with it. It's so easy to use, the prices are incredibly fair and shipping is super fast! I've already made two albums in the past 3 months.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience.
We’ve checked your order and can confirm that it was dispatched on time for next business day delivery. Unfortunately, there were unexpected delays with DPD that were outside of our control, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
We’re also very concerned to hear about the print quality. This is not the standard we aim to deliver. A member of our team will be contacting you shortly to look into this properly and find a suitable resolution.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I paid for next day delivery
I paid for next day delivery, which was due to arrive on the Friday. I received an update on the Friday to say it would not be delivered until Saturday. I contacted the seller and they looked into and confirmed they would not be able to deliver int he agreed time. However, in the end, it did not come on the Saturday and arrived instead on Monday. We needed the item as a gift and, by the time it arrived it was too late to use it. The delivery cost more than the item itself and it wasn't worth the money. Would have gone somewhere else if I had known this.

Sorry to hear your order didnt arrive as expected. I have checked your order and i can see your order was dispatched on time unfortunately it looks like there was a delay with the delivery company on the Friday. Then the delivery company tried to deliver Saturday but no one was there to accept the parcel . Again we do apologise as we do understand it is very frustrating . A customer service team member will email you directly to hopefully resolve this for you.
