The final product is excellent
The final product is excellent. The tool is very easy to use. I had a little issue around tracking my order but the customer service team were able to expedite my order and redirect it to a holiday destination where I was giving this photo book gift to my sister. I'd highly recommend PhotoBubble and I'll be using them again soon for my daughter's 30th birthday.

Pictures printed in an awesome quality, they look better then the original
We have received finally an awesome quality book with pictures printer maybe even nicer than it looks on the screen. We are really like it.
The shipment took a bit longer, but we are based in Hungary, so that's OK.

Couldn't be happier with my NYC Retro photo book.

Paid extra for next day delivery so I can get it before the event, I didn't receive the book until 2 days later and by then it was too late and I couldn't use it for it's intended purpose. Wasted my time and extra money to come up with a last minute solution for the event. NOT happy. Don't offer the service if you can't deliver on your promise.

We are sorry that your order did not arrive within the expected next-day delivery timeframe. We understand how frustrating this can be, particularly when you have chosen and paid for an expedited service. We will contact the delivery company to investigate the delay, as we understand how disappointing it is when a delivery does not arrive within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, on occasions there can be delays with the courier that are outside of our control, although we will always do our best to resolve these as quickly as possible.
We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Our customer service team will also be in touch.
