I'm not sure if it is your guys fault but the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Which I have to go find it myself through the picture I was given. I have got the photo book now. It’s lovely and nice quality. But as I said delivery address somehow changed to a completely different adress.

Lovely company to deal with
Photobubble were really great to deal with (fantastic customer service). There was an issue with their courier, that was not their fault, but they rescued the situation brilliantly and I would have no hesitation using Photobubble again, or recommending them to others.

First time using Photobubble and first…
First time using Photobubble and first time creating a photo book boy am I hooked ordered 3 books which came very quickly and very professionally done. I like that you can edit and it's a great way to remember all your adventures without scrolling through your phone. I intend to get some more copies of my initial books and plan on doing more. I have already recommended this site to my friends and family and so easy to use.

Disappointed- Presentation box did not…
Disappointed- Presentation box did not match the book and was of poor quality. Foil machine not working so came without anything printed on the exterior. I was warned this would happen but was not offered alternative print option. Was told that I would be partially refunded however this hasn't happened.
I paid £39 for saturday delivery. This cost was not clear on starting the project. Despite giving instructions to leave the product in the porch, the delivery was thrown into a different address. When retrieved the package had a gash through it.
Had it not been urgently required as a birthday gift, I woud have cancelled.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your disappointment and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points.
Regarding the foil, we did inform you in advance that our foil machine was temporarily unavailable and that the book would arrive without exterior printing. We regret that this affected your experience, particularly as the item was intended as a birthday gift.
We would also like to confirm that the partial refund was successfully processed on our end. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a few working days for the funds to appear in your account.
In relation to delivery, the Saturday next-day delivery option was selected at checkout. Unfortunately, this is our most expensive courier service due to weekend handling. All delivery options and prices including standard delivery starting from £4.99 are clearly outlined on our FAQ page prior to purchase.
We truly regret that this order did not meet expectations , your feedback is valuable to us and will be used to improve both our communication and customer experience.
Kind regards,
Photobubble

Helped with express delivery- did not dissapoint
In error I have chosen a standard delivery, but wanted a next day delivery as a birthday present. The company communicated and helped to resolve the issues and the gift arrived in time. Very grateful 🙂👍
Also I choose 200page version, which was cheaper than with other companies, and there were 240pages still for the seme price. Easy to use templates, I created my own template on each page with own stories and titles typed. Lots of fonts and templates! The quality superb, a4 size was great
