I used a different company at Christmas 'Printerpix' and the quality was appalling. Also took ten days to arrive.

I sent photos on the weekend to photo-canvas had superb discussion with Yash via email. The two prints on canvas arrived two days later and the quality is incredible - perfect - and actually beyond my expectation. Superb service in every respect and DPD delivered on time and was also superb.

Have used them before and no issues with quality. This time my goods were delivered to the wrong address by DHL, I was unable to locate them and have had no help from Photo Canvas or DHL, you cannot phone them and have so far waited a week for a responce to the 'ticket' I have opened. So I've lost £122. Neither care if theres a signature for delivery at a totally different lacation

I was looking for a company which produces photo canvases which are fairly large (120 cm by 50 cm) and flexible in dimensions. This I found in Photo Canvas, which produced a lovely print based on a phone camera image. The frame, also flexible in size to match the canvas, is well constructed and easily hung using the fittings provided.

I ordered a photo canvas advertised as 12" × 9", but the item I received measured 11.5" × 9.25". This is a significant size difference, not a minor manufacturing tolerance, and it means the canvas does not match my other prints or the size I paid for.
When I contacted customer support, they acknowledged the discrepancy but insisted it was within “handmade tolerances” and refused to provide a correct replacement or a full refund. Instead, they offered only a small partial refund or a voucher—neither of which resolves the issue of receiving the wrong size product.
For a company selling items with specific dimensions, accuracy matters. Unfortunately, the product delivered was not as described, and the resolution offered was inadequate. Very disappointing experience. Should have looked at the reviews here first.

Now waiting for the standard reply on here like they have put on the other poor reviews.

Edit 09/03/26 - The person I spoke to was very helpful and offered to have the canvas remade and use a different type of material. After many exchanges in email, a full refund was issued.

Still waiting for my money to be refunded. Although they confirmed the order was cancelled the money are still to be refunded. Stay away!!!

Review Update: I am updating my previous review to reflect the excellent resolution provided. After my initial disappointment, Yash stepped in and personally oversaw a reprint. Their team manually adjusted the file to optimize it for canvas, and the new result is exactly what I was hoping for .. vibrant, detailed, and perfectly exposed.

While the first print had issues, the way Yash handled the correction was truly professional. They provided previews and ensured the quality was verified before shipping. I am very impressed with the commitment to making things right and the high-quality final product. I’m now a very happy customer and would recommend them for their commitment to making things right.

Poor print quality—dark and muddy. Unhelpful support.

I ordered a large (120×150 cm) canvas using a high-resolution master file (10,000+ pixels). The result was extremely disappointing—the print is so dark that all the intricate details in the shadows have completely disappeared.

When I complained, customer service admitted that "ink naturally diffuses into fabric," yet their website promises "vibrant colors and sharp details" with no warning about this significant darkening. They refused a replacement and offered only a 15% refund for a product that doesn't match their own digital mockup. For a professional service, the lack of proactive "pre-flight" checks and the poor calibration for fine art is unacceptable. Avoid if you care about shadow detail.

Great disappointment at a botched job that, if I weren't stuck with the times, I'd have others do again.

At least the measurement is correct and the printing is decent: there is a white dot in the bottom right (if it were a screen it would be a burned pixel) but the colors are ok and do not crack in the creases.
The corners could have been done better, with the fold consistent at the edge instead of diagonally (like I do when I frame it) but the real problem is the mintula canem mounting: the print was enlarged and the image, instead of ending up at the edge (AND I ALSO RECOMMENDED IT!!) it ends up on the side and it sucks!
Now I am forced to hastily set up a frame to hide this horror, since the canvas cannot be exhibited in Verona as it is.

Update: The supplier responded directly to me, urging me not to be a pain in the ass because what they did is fine. Terrible product, terrible customer service. I won't give him any more orders, don't you either!

I used this company to print wallpaper. However the print was extremely blurry. I understand that customer is responsible for uploading the image. However at no point during the ordering process did the software highlight there was an issue with the resolution. There is also no instructions/guidelines to state what the resolution should be to get a clear print. The analysis the company did this after I reported the issue should be part of the ordering process and inform the customer in the event of any issues. When I contacted them, they offered 50% on new order (not sure why I would use them again!) or 20% refund. Needless to say, will not be using this company again.

I have placed an order and been charged over £10.00 to have ‘special guaranteed next day delivery’, only to find out my order will not be dispatched until after the 11th of August when I placed the order on the 5th. The website has no way of contacting them. I chose this website specifically because they advertised immediate shipping.

Promise 1-2 day manf lead times and 1-2 days shipping. Even after placing the order you get the message 'Production starts in 20 minutes and thereafter cannot be changed'. Yet 4 days later when in contact with them they advise they won't ship for another 2 days.... that's 6 days instead of the 1-2 advertised. Speaking to them on the phone is difficult because it's a none english / none english speaking phone call centre that don't understand anything

Wanted a very large custom canvas print, was advised to order a sample (a small square clip of the full image) to check resolution and colour, which was a great idea, after paying for small sample the price of the full size original jumped up over 200%. Communication was frustrating, so I decided to look elsewhere, and found much cheaper options. They did offer 40% discount, but this was still >£100 more than what I saw originally on their website. Asked them to stop contacting me, and unsubscribed from their newsletter, but continued receiving both marketing and personal communications. The print itself was okay quality, and I probably would have ordered the full size one if there wasn't a sudden massive price increase. Lost trust in their company unfortunately, so will be ordering elsewhere.

received my canvas product. I was not happy with the quality - either resolution or colour accuracy. The product is useless to me. Tried to complain via the complaints page. It had reCAPTCHA verification. This did not work so could not send a complaint. I went to a 'live' chat. Was told I would be given a later email response. Left the chat and no further response. I had to chase twice before finally getting a response.

Vey poor colour accuracy and resolution. Avoid if you want a quality canvas print.

I’m struggling on your site, navigating is fairly straightforward but, adding a colour for a border, the site locks up, when I move to the top of the page to try start again or move away it picks a colour at the top of the box but then leaves me frozen up. I’m after several large prints but already struggling to navigate a few simple things. I’ll give it one last try but then I’m going to try find something else.

Ordered 8 different canvas' now in different sizes. Really pleased with the results, and they had good email comms.

Used this company for a canvas, the first canvas arrived and part of the photo was stretched around the frame meaning it couldn’t be seen, contacted company who then promised it would be rectified and a new canvas created. Not only did this arrive late, after I’d originally paid extra for quick delivery , the reprint was exactly the same as the first canvas, nothing had been altered and picture still wrapped around frame making it unsuitable for use. Contacted company again, who apologised and offered 20% off future purchase, why would I use such a company again with all the grief it has caused me, the said canvas was for a 60th birthday and try explaining to the person who’s birthday it is that they’re at the side of Conan’s not actually on view. Asked for refund after such a bad experience and had no reply from them at all

Great experience from design to delivery. I especially like that the optimum resolution and dimensions are given for your chosen canvas size – including the gallery wrap. I cropped and resized my file in Photoshop. The end result is breathtaking – the colours are vibrant, the detail is crisp. The dye-sublimination printing process is excellent. The item was exceeding well packaged and delivered by a reputable courier company. Thank you Photo-Canvas – I can strongly recommend your services. 5 star

I ordered a water bottle with a picture of my dog on each side and it came out perfect! The quality of the picture on the bottle is amazing, it’s just like the actual photo and looks just like it did in the preview when I “designed” the bottle. I couldn’t be any happier with it! :)

Shopped with Photo-Canvas a fair few times and had no issues. Spent well over £1k shopping with them for different businesses I work with.

On the latest order, they sent to the billing address instead of the intended address. Using their live chat I spoke to Teja who looked into the matter his end and determined there was nothing he could do.

I'm not sure what went wrong, if a page refreshed etc, however, we definitely put the correct address our end at the time as I had a colleague confirm.

Although accidents happen, I found Teja was rather confrontational/rude to deal with. He had no interest in helping us resolve the situation.

Overall its a shame as I was using them regularly and had no issues with the products. I will likely go elsewhere now purely due to the customer service.
