I have oodles of love for this company. They made my small banners for an up and coming concert. No fuss, can do attitude, enterprising, eager to help -what more superlatives can I give. A "Chat" that is almost always open for business with express responses. They have served me well and I would endorse this company 100 % ........will I be back................silly question!! Stupendously wonderful personalised leggings made in express time -quality and panache! Woweeee. In the words of James Morrison song "YOU MAKE IT REAL"

The quality is very good, the production was very speedy and the ordering smooth. Only bummer was waiting for the arrival as I am in Portugal and had to wait for Custom's clearance. But still, totally worth it. I AM very happy with my leather bookmark

Easy ordering, fast dispatch. Tea towel looks great, second time ordering from them, highly recommend.

The products were not as advertised. On ordering dinner plates it turned out they could only be used for display purposes. Despite only treating them gently and following all instructions carefully the pattern on one of the plates partly came off. In addition, when I tried to raise problems with customer service, they were extremely unhelpful and would not accept the problems. They said it was nothing to do with them and instead asked if I wanted to order more products from them at full price which I will certainly not be doing this given the products are not as advertised and not good quality.

Great! The silk I've ordered was gorgeous and exactly as expected.

Truly awful to do business with.

I thought they'd struggle to get my photo blanket to look right because the main subject was my black dog. But all the pictures look fantastic and really clear.
The delivery took slightly longer than I expected, but they sent me an apologetic email to say they'd reprinted the blanket because they weren't happy with the quality of the first print.

Ordered a personalised lanyard on 22nd January. Stated to be dispatched 26th January. Contacted customer service agents twice only to be once fobbed off, and secondly assured it was going to be dispatched that day (as of yet it hasn’t). This is now nearly two weeks on from the original order. I despise companies that can’t live up to expectations and deliver. I loathe it when things go wrong and they are flakey and deceptive - rather than be active and accountable and sort the problem out.
IF it ever arrives (which I am strongly starting to doubt), I will return and comment on the quality of the item.

Unsure how to edit my previous review but the company keep emailing me to ask me to change it. They finally refunded me after many email exchanges and after I said that I was going to trading standards because it was going round in circles. They did offer a replacement but they couldnt get it to me in time as it was for a present. Royal mail tracking did say that it had been delivered but the photo showed a different house. Bagsof love incinuated that i had put the wrong address in, which i had not. I gave bagsoflove photos of my house and a screenshot from Google maps Street view (which also stated the same delivery address) to prove that it was sent to a different house to the photo in the tracking picture and they still didnt want to accept that. It was Royal Mails fault, but the way bagsoflove handled it was appalling.

Bags of Love produced tea towels and coasters for our pre-wedding event, featuring lovely cartoon illustrations of us, and the whole experience was absolutely perfect.
The quality was excellent, the colours came out beautifully, and everything looked exactly as we had hoped.
They were incredibly quick to deliver, and when we realised at the last minute that we needed to add more items to the order, they handled it smoothly and efficiently with no fuss at all.
Faultless service from start to finish — highly recommended.

I needed something super-urgent after another provider let me down. The staff at Bags of Love could not have been more helpful and got my order processed urgently. They really saved the day - thank you SO MUCH!

I designed a cushion to bring some comfort to our family after losing our dog. I chose the 40cm soft velvet with duck feather interior and printed on both sides. I was nervous about spending nearly £50 on something I couldn’t return and really didn’t know what the quality would be like. I needn’t have worried. It’s beautiful and of a high standard, so soft and just what I was hoping for. Brought a tear to my eye. If you’re considering a cushion I wouldn’t hesitate.

I ordered two custom microfibre towels with personalised photos on them and received it 8 days later. Delivery from UK to Perth! I was blown away, so impressed with not just the amazingly quick delivery but the gorgeous quality of the towels. My dad is going to love his 80th birthday presents. I ordered a personalised puzzle, but when it arrived it wasn’t up to standard, so I raised a complaint. Bags of Love were extremely helpful and replaced the puzzle at no extra cost, sending out a new puzzle promptly and free of charge. I was really delighted with their customer service.

Absolutely gorgeous products- l ordered some photo placemats for my mum for Christmas & they were so lovely l ordered another one for my grandson! I have had many products over the years from bags of love & they are by far superior to other companies who offer similar products.l have never been disappointed, my daughter has a duvet cover from many years ago & the print is still as vibrant as it was brand new !!

I ordered a photo blanket, the quality was outstanding, delivery super quick. Very happy to buy from this company again and recommend to others!

The design and finished product was fantastic. Unfortunately the extremely slow manufacturing resulted in the 2 products I ordered arriving after the event I required them for them which was a huge shame.
