I bought my item on may 26th

I bought my item on may 26th, some days later I received an email of Your order is on the way but since there I was told to contact the logistics team for my tracking number, when a month passed I asked for it and was told the shipment could not be made do to restriction for the special situation (covid of course). But they told me that if I wanted to pay $60 extra to be sent by fedex.
I pointed my dissatisfaction because they had just informed that, and they should have been the ones to contact me to ask for that not waiting until I said something. Anyways I agreed to pay the extra fee, but today they refunded me, going exactly opposite of what I said.
Too bad

I really love this little device. It's portable, and the battery lasts a while. It's so cute and the it functions very well. For what it's worth, the price really isn't that bad. The only con to this device is how expensive the refill rolls are :(

I can't accurately give a truthful review of the printer since mine hasn't arrived yet. Ordered on 3/23/20 and last correspondence was on 3/25/20 stating that it was handed over to airline in Hong Kong. Today is 4/13/20 and there is no further info available. I called the phone number on the tracking info and was told it was not a valid number. My review is for the shipping process. Will review the printer if/when I receive it.
