Phoenixvinyl Anmeldelser

I am absolutely delighted with the vinyl record I ordered from Phoenixvinyl. The service was excellent and very speedy. The quality of the item is also excellent with the sleeve print quality and the coloured vinyl. Brilliant!

Superb bespoke service from Phoenix. I can’t praise them highly enough for their service, speed and sheer helpfulness. I’m not particularly “techie”, being ancient, but the process was fairly straightforward, and where I cocked up they stepped in to help, rectifying my blunders. The finished piece, a one off copy of Silver Sun’s “Switzerland” album, has pride of place in my collection. Recommended without hesitation or reservation!

My husband has realised a life long dream of making his own record for his 50th birthday which is actually just before Christmas. I cannot recommend Phoenix Vinyl enough, for technical expertise, generosity, communication and excellent value for money.
The process of making it has been every bit as enjoyable as the much anticipated listening to the final vinyl result (which has arrived but is not to be unwrapped until his actual birthday). I am confident that the sound quality will be perfect given the ongoing conversations and advice and suggestions throughout.

Absolutely amazing service. So incredibly quick and easy. They're really helpful. I had a few issues with images not uploading for the cover design and I was immediately emailed and offered the option to either send my own image, or to explain what I wanted and for Phoenix vinyl themselves to put something together. I couldn't get over how quickly it arrived. If I ever need a vinyl putting together again they will be my first port of call.

Fantastic quick service!
Would 100% use again x

Recomended. A+++++.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase! I bought a personalised 10" vinyl for two friends who own a record store and can be a bit difficult to buy nice presents for, and I can't wait to show them their gift. Absolutely over the moon!

Communication with Phoenix Vinyl was incredible and they were so helpful all the way through the process.

The vinyl was made super quick and shipped out to me exceptionally fast in very safe packaging.

The quality of the print was absolutely beautiful. The image is crisp and clean, the colours are vibrant and the whole thing is just perfect.

Thank you again, I'm so excited to show it to them!

This company is a great one, they go the extra mile to satisfy and the delivery service is absolutely amazing. the main thing is that the vinyl is an outstanding quality, crystal clear!! I’ve already ordered more and will do for a very long time. I Will/would highly recommend.

I ordered a 4-track 12" EP from John which was delivered very speedily within just 3 days of my order. John seems very knowledgable on sound quality/ file types/ vinyl - and he diligently replied to my questions over email in the days before I ordered.
I plan to do a number of other orders over the coming days/weeks - and Phoenix Vinyl deserve every success for their fantastic service and product...

So glad I found Phoenix Vinyl! I had a couple of my old band’s recordings made into a 7” inch single as a gift for my old band mate’s 50th birthday. I was extremely impressed with the quality and speed of the service. The product exceeded my expectations. The mastering was top notch. The songs have never sounded so good. My friend was thrilled with his present. My experience has reignited my love of vinyl and of writing and recording my own songs.

John is amazing. What a sound guy. So helpful and patient. The service is without a doubt the best service I have ever received. The product absolutely fantastic, it succeeded my expectations. So Personal and unique. The delivery was super fast. I ordered on the Wednesday evening, it was delivered on the Friday. Can not praise phoenixvinyl enough. I will definitely be back and I will be spreading the name. Thanks John 😄
