This experience was truly exceptional, and I wholeheartedly urge others to try it. The customer service team was incredibly responsive and eager to assist, and they ensured I was informed throughout the entire process without any need for prompting. The completion of the product was much quicker than I expected, leaving me extremely satisfied. The pricing is very competitive, especially compared to other options, and I love that it supports a small business. I will certainly suggest this as a gift option for my friends moving forward!

I wanted to get a specific record for my boyfriend for Christmas, not available anywhere. I managed to get a copy of the cd but it only got to John the weekend before Christmas and I didn’t have any cover art. He turned it round over the weekend and posted it back to me sunday night so I had it a few days before Xmas.
I had zero expectations of cover art, but he managed to create something really great, way more than I could have imagined. And the sound on the record is just perfect. He is clearly a real perfectionist and a brilliant craftsman and I feel very lucky I found him via google. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services.

Even better than expected! I hoped the album I put together would sound 'good enough', but it sounds absolutely fantastic! Really easy to place the order and send the tracks over, really straightforward communications and the resulting 'mixtape' was back with me much faster than expected. I've already recommended the service, and will buy again - I now have tracks on vinyl I never thought I'd get!

Very helpful in meeting the deadline for my sons birthday.
He was very impressed with the quality of the product.

Really quick turnaround and excellent service. Very pleased.

I got in contact with the company via email and they were able to answer my questions, and once I placed the order, it was completed, dispatched, and arrived within the week! Both vinyl records I ordered sound incredible, and I am super excited to gift them. Thank you very much for your work!

Amazing service once again from Phoenix Records! Super quick turn around from production to delivery. I would recommend 100%!

Great product. I ordered the red vinyl, it looks really cool and sounds great. Fantastic Christmas present for my best friend.

Absolutely fantastic and cannot recommend enough. Very fast customer service and happy to answer any questions, although I was kept in the loop at every step without having to ask! Start to end product was a lot faster than anticipated and I’m so happy. The price is incredibly reasonable compared to others too and it’s great to support a small business, will be recommending as gift ideas for friends in the future!

Amazing! The quality of the product is great and the customer service from John was perfect. We’ve ordered a 45 in the past and now a full album with artwork as a Christmas present and we couldn’t be more pleased. Would highly recommend and would definitely use his services again.
