Very quick execution of the order and delivery

Fabulous service. Very fast email answers to technical queries before order, super quick turnaround. Very impressed with quality of cut disc.

The best customer service I've received in a long time.

I had no clue what I was doing but was talked through the whole process. I had a quick response to all my emails and was really surprised at how quickly I received ny record.

The record itself was fantastic quality and a fair price.

I'd definitely recommend Phoenix vinyl and will be ordering again soon.

Quick & speedy, would have apreciated a little more communication & easier to follow guide regarding splitting songs into sides of vinyl + uploading data.

Great service! Very quick and really good quality.

I wanted a custom vinyl mixtape as an anniversary present for my partner, with a self-recorded marriage proposal as the final track on the second side. John and the team at Phoenix Vinyl were immensely helpful, answered all my queries, offered solutions to all issues that arose, and created a finished product that met all my needs. The record arrived quicker than I expected, looked just as I'd hoped and played back perfectly too. Oh, and in case you're wondering - she said yes!

Excellent service, good communication and fast post

A fantastic company, providing an extremely personalised service. Communication was great, I had a problem with one of the tracks I was using but John went out of his way to find a solution. The product arrived swiftly and is of excellent quality - fantastic sound and personalised cover looks great. It made such a good gift and I will use Phoenix Vinyl again for similar gifts without hesitation.

Excellent service and communication will definitely be using again

I bought a picture record for my anniversary and the collage picture I sent was of too low resolution. John was extremely helpful and contacted me in order to amend my mistake. I am a little inept at these things and after a back and forth he fixed the resolution for me and remade my collage. I received the record the next day :)

Excellent professional service. Exactly what I ordered and I was taken back by how good the sound quality was. Truly amazing service for bespoke vinyl and couldn't recommend enough.

John went above and beyond to answer all my questions and was very patient with my lack of knowledge. Absolutely amazing customer service, amazing prices and vinyl arrived within two days of ordering - couldn't ask for better! Thank you very much!

Very good service and very helpful when enquiring before purchase. Ordering was very easy and turn around of vinyl was less than a week. Very good quality and really pleased with order. Highly recommended.

Very fast and professional service, I had a number of questions that were answered immediately. I couldn't ask for a better service, 10 out of 10 (and I'm not a friend or related to them either!)

absolutely amazing! the quality of sound is flawless, the record came well packaged and super quickly! i would recommend this to anyone:)

The vinyl was ordered and sent in less than 24 hours. Regular contact on process and great customer service. Plus the vinyl was great. Really pleased. Thank you.

Was very helpful in helping me design the right item

We used this service as a birthday present for my father, using music he recorded with his at-home set up and the sound quality was excellent. He loved it.
We were very impressed with the quality at the price point.
Communication was good.

I would recommend and look forward to using again.

Superb customer service, brilliant product. Very informal and friendly staff

Unbelievable service from initial phone call to online order placement.
