Came for my cbt , had a great instructor Liam , did a great job and passed first time

Had my CBT with Phoenix Milton Keynes and cannot recommend them highly enough. The instructors were highly knowledgeable, helpful and made me feel very at ease early on. If you’re considering taking your first step into getting a motorcycle license… hesitate no longer!

Being in the bracket of the more mature riders, i was nervous on weather i could even master a motorbike. That being said the team at Phoenix have been amazing from trainers to office. My nerves took the better of me everytime we were due to the the ride out. However, Liam at the Milton Keynes branch, had the patience and understanding of a saint. And with his help and confidence in me i passed my CBT today. A huge thank you to him. A credit to the team, i would recommend him every day of the week.

Excellent explanations and thorough instructions from Liam and Ben. Plenty of time on the bike with lots of tips to improve. A great experience that I really enjoyed!

I had a Horrible experience doing my CBT with them.

At their premises there are no Toilets. The trainer was very supportive of a girl who was riding dangerously on the road and was clearly not fit to do so.

Unfortunately I was riding with her so had to endure being yelled at because of her poor riding as he clearly didn’t want to assert his dis-approval of her and was venting on me instead. Go figure.

AVOID!

I recently completed my CBT test and had a fantastic experience. The instructor was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. The training was well-structured, covering all the basics of road safety, bike control, and confidence-building. I felt well-prepared and safe by the end of the day. Perfect for beginners – I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to start their motorbike journey!

Lovely guys at Milton Keynes Centre. Highly recommend. Made the course very enjoyable, and with a raft of Knowledge picked up lots of top tips for riding.

Liam was very professional and gave clear instructions. He adapted his session to help Luke, who is undergoing potential diagnosis for learning difficulties, which Liam recognised and spoke to me about. Liam was approachable and helpful, a great instructor.

Luke said Liam was very helpful and good at what he was doing. And he helped Lukes confidence.

It was wonderful. I did my CBT and tryride with Phoenix Motorcycle Training. I would recommend them to anyone interest in any motorcycle training.

Everything was brilliant, even the theory side was presented in a way that made it enjoyable. Felt happy and confident in my abilities at the end of the day. I’ll be returning to do my A licence here.
