Patient and helpful staff. Detailed instructions and made the mood very relaxed and easy during the CBT on-road riding segments.

All the Chippenham instructors were very friendly and knowledgable . I really enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend the DAS course and CBT.

The members of staff at the cwmbran branch were fantastic and put my very nervous 16yr old daughter at ease straight away. I would thoroughly recommend doing your cbt or lessons with them

Liam is an Excellent trainer, office staff are very helpfull. Sorting everything out. Trained with another company before phoenix. No comparison phoenix is first class.

You dont have to pay the total amount straight away which allowed me to have plenty of lessons. The instructors love what they do which makes it easy to learn. The lady that sets the dates did fantastic. Awesome bunch

Really recommend doing your CBT at the Bristol one with Jorge, he is an excellent instructor, very clear with instructions and helpful if things go wrong out on the road. I had never ridden on the road before and he made it feel safer and less scary than I thought it would be. Will be coming back here for my full license soon!

Lee was absolutely amazing, took so much time to help me , was very encouraging and down to earth throughout my whole time at Phoenix, you won’t find a better instructor who cares about his students and teaches you to ride to the best of your ability and not just how to pass a test.

Didn't feel out of my comfort zone at anytime. Training definitely felt that it was at my pace.

The staff was extreamly patient and helpful. Really appreciated all of the gear they had available. Overall the course was really well done the only thing is I wouldve prefered a bigger training area so that we could do more gear changes instead of not having enough space or time to do it.

A great experience, helpful and knowledgable staff, I used the crystal palace branch for my cbt and initial training, 6 months of 125 riding later and then I went across to the foots cray location for my intro to bigger bike - where I was told I would be ready for my mod 1 and mod 2 exams with a day of training for each. I had a few different instructors, but mostly Steve B who was a great help and really improved my riding (whilst calling out my mistakes!). I feel a lot more confident in riding and now keen to explore a lot more around riding.
