So far, so good. I had invested with another bond group only to find out that their SEC filings showed they doubted they could continue as an ongoing business! It's a relief to invest in a stable company that pays their agreed interest regularly!

Great experience with Phoenix Capital Group
I've been invested in Phoenix Capital Group for iver 1.5 years. They have consistenly paid their promised divended every single month on and on target. Matt Willer has been honest and forthright. I read the negative reviews. Hard to sort out fact from fiction. Cant speak for anyone else, but my experience has been great.

Great Investment Opportunity!!!
I had about $100,000.00 sitting in an IRA that I created many years ago that was accumulating dismal returns. I came across Phoenix Capital online and was really interested. Of course, I was a little skeptical just like everyone else, but I wanted to do something a little different with this money that could yield me a better return. I reached out to Phoenix Capital and I was later contacted by Cameron Smart. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the entire process. Cameron answered all of my questions and assured me this was the real deal and my money was safe. We had a few issues in the beginning regarding regulatory approval by the SEC, but Cameron was in contact with me during the entire process assuring me everything was going to be fine. My investment was transferred to Phoenix Capital In April of 2023, but the SEC did not approve the transfer or the investment until October 2023. I'm not sure exactly how all of that works, but Cameron assured me once the transfer was approved, I would receive all of the back dated interest that was owed to me since April. Fast forward one year later and this has been a great investment for me. I received all of the back dated interest since April 2023 and I have been receiving $750.00 a month consistently every month since. I just received an email stating they have opened up the 9% bond again and it's live. I would not hesitate to allocate another $100,000.00 to Phoenix Capital. Thank you Cameron and the entire team at Phoenix Capital for making this investment a good one.

Overall excellent
Overall excellent. These are single investments that are interest bearing. You should always ask if you can get out or not. It might be difficult in some of these investments but in most of these, it is easy.. One return of 14.7, paying out consistently and the other return 10%, paying out consistently with the prospect of Ownership of shares when it starts making money. They have some exclusive relationships with a businesses that you are learning money, and I think they are very careful in what they select.

Best "product" steady "payer" "confused" service
It's a REAL ASSET we almost own. It pays monthly between 9-13% or you can choose 4 it to compound monthly at up to 13% when it ends up worth 4x after 11 years! I'm in my 2nd year and it's GREAT! But if you buy or recharacterize multiple issues at the same time their very concerned and friendly customer service has failed me so far. I'm not worried but its a hassle.

One year investment summary with PCGHLLC

Beware don’t waste your time and money
Biggest mistake I’ve made with my finances. I was looking to invest sent my money in, in October and it was never invested. The claims were waiting for an opening to place my money into an IRA. They touch base with me from time to time to reassure me as soon as there was an opening they would be placing my money in a IRA the account. Still a bit confused about what that means. A total waste of time and money. I lost so much interest on my would’ve been $20,000 investment. Finally after six months of waiting I moved my money to a different IRA account. I’m just sorry I actually trusted them.

I was given plenty of guidance
I was given plenty of guidance and assistance in opening my account and funding it to purchase the bonds with cash (from the sale of stock and other bonds). However my E*Trade Traditional and Roth IRA accounts funds transfer to a new IRA custodian Phoenix referred me to took so long (over a month) that the bonds were sold out before I could invest. I have $45,000 sitting in the new IRA account not earning anything for months now. I have been on your wait list since Nov 2, 2023.
I understand Phoenix reached the $75M in 12 month limit, does that mean no new bonds will be available for a year?
I have received monthly interest 4 months so far, which I am holding to re-invest as soon as you have more bonds to sell as well. I would prefer to have my interest to be automatically compounded. Please let the non-accredited investors know if and when that will be allowed.

I've read all the wonderful reviews. But I would not invest with them. They have purchase land and mineral rights with people who have invested with them. The funds are not back by any FDIC. So they are paying you back with your own money using a junk bond strategy. Has anyone ask the question what happens if the business fails ? Remember it is a family business. The owners will make sure that they will always land on their feet.

Hi Norman, the FDIC protects depositors of insured banks and we are not a bank. To add, “Junk bond” is a term coined in the Mike Milken era to denote the credit ratings of listed bonds that fall below CCC. We are an alternative investment and not technically in the same asset class as junk bonds. All investments carry a measure of risk. Our disclosures are very clear and can be found in our investment documentation. Now that our lawyers are happy, we’ll say this: to date, we have always been able to service our monthly interest payments and to repay the principle owed to our investors. Further, the company tries to mitigate risk by doing the following:
1. Hedging our Oil and Gas portfolio to withstand market fluctuations.
2. Employing a rigorous underwriting process that ensures that we are investing in profitable assets.
3. Maintaining an estimated reserve value that is well in excess of the liabilities carried on our balance sheet.
