Excellent company that I would highly recommend.
Albert got caught in traffic and called to say he was running late. He also offered to still come and do the job then drop the keys to my home another half an hour away.as this wasn't feasible I suggested coming on Monday morning instead. He was here first thing and changed the barrel of our work pickup and supplied a new key as old one was wearing out. First class company with first class customer service and communication.

First Class
I would make it ten out five if I could. After getting no results from my local business’s I searched online and found these. One phone call to the excellent Kelly and one hour later I have a technician at my house cutting and reprogramming two new keys.
Ian was a star and explained the whole process and why my old key had stopped talking to the car. Not cheap by any means but absolutely 💯 worth it.
I can’t give any higher marks and thoroughly recommend them.

The initial impression over the phone was quite positive, suggesting a team of in-house engineers. However, this does not appear to be the case. A specific timeframe was agreed upon, with a promised call from the engineer an hour prior to his arrival, which did not happen. It seems there was a price dispute between the engineer and his company. Furthermore, the engineer was still asleep at the scheduled call time, having not received confirmation from them, leading to a disagreement. This information was not communicated to me, and I had to follow up on the appointment myself. While I was eventually provided with the engineer's contact information, and the issue was resolved after waking him, I feel misled and believe I could have saved money by going directly to the source.

To clarify, we operate with a trusted blend of directly employed locksmiths and carefully vetted subcontractors. This setup allows us to secure better-than-market pricing and nationwide coverage, while still maintaining control over service quality. That said, we absolutely understand your desire for transparency and a smoother process.

Great service, went out of there way to fit me in at short notice, managed to beat a quote I’d had from another company and technician was on time and only took 15 minutes for new programmed key and electronic fob. Would recommend 👌

I contacted Phenix and arranged for a very pleasant, knowledgeable operative to attend my vehicle who rectified the issue efficiently and quickly.

Great Service and Transparency
The contact I spoke with at phoenix car keys was transparent with costs and managed to arrange a locksmith same day. Took a deposit and paid the remainder to the locksmith. 10/10 for the service from Harrison, he couldn't fix the issue the same day but was prompt in obtaining the part and I was back on the road in a matter of days. Price overall was a good price compared to some other competitors. Would definitely recommend 👌

I am a carer and use my car most days for work, my car wouldn't turn on as the key wouldn't turn , I rang up and everything was explained thoroughly, what was wrong, how it would be fixed and a break down od the price , Harrison came out a few hours later that day and showed me exactly what was wrong and what he was replacing. Miles was absolutely amazing
Miles was absolutely amazing! He talked me through getting into my car on the phone when my key wasn’t working. Even when he realised it wasn’t the key that had broken (the battery was dead) he was really helpful with instructions on what to do next. I will definitely use their service if I ever do have an issue with my key!
