I lost my main key and found out my spare key wasn’t working for my push start keyless car. After contacting Phoenix car keys, they responded quickly to my messages and questions as well as being informative over the phone. They booked me in a reliable locksmith just a day after requesting, who came on time and got the job done within a couple of hours. Both my new keys have been tested and are working perfectly. Everything was explained and shown to me. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to others and use again if I need to (hopefully I won’t lose my keys again though).

Managed to lose my car keys, got in contact with phoenix car keys and they gave me a quote and were out to me within 30 minutes! Excellent service would highly recommend ☺️

Nightmare scenario getting out of the van locking up and then remembering ur car keys inside so u go to unlock the van and my remote key has stopped working. The key doesn’t work in the door lock as well. Arghhhh.

Shaun came out promptly got straight to it and explained what he was doing. He got in through the door with no damage then programmed a key in for me and away I was. Got my car keys wallet and parcel out and back up and running.

Would defo recommend them cheapest around and came out within hour and half to sort.

I had problem wth my car ignition barrel.i rang this company in the morning & a very polite gentleman named Albert came & fixed this.he explained the problem & I was very happy as didn't realise ,it cud be resolved so quickly.i felt the price was reasonable & just want to thank Carla & I forgot the other lady's name & of course Albert.im sure to let others know about this company,if they ever get stuck wth their car.

New Ignition Barrel
Rang Phoenix yesterday spoke to Carla who gave me a price and we agreed then put things into motion.
Zen arrived drove from London to Bristol and replaced the barrel, things were done promptly and professionally.
Would recommend Phoenix to anyone.

I had a sticky car key for a couple of days and it stuck on Sat morning. We contacted Phoenix who rang me promptly to arrange a call out. They gave me the price on the phone so I knew what it would cost before I agreed to the job. Shaun came out the same day, replaced the ignition and provided two new keys at the roadside. VERY pleased.

After being let down by many Locksmiths I luckily came across Phoenix. Amy was so kind, helpful and understanding and she made my day as I thought I'd have to scrap the car. She explained all so well and got in touch with Technician Albert who got to me the next morning, much quicker than I was expecting.
Albert was lovely, cheerful and helpful and a Great Locksmith. He sorted the faulty ignition barrel and got the car moving again after it had been idle for months.
I could not ask for better service and I would highly recommend Phoenix and give them all my Thanks.

My Mitsubishi car would not open this morning with the key fob as it usually did. I panicked as was due at an appointment at 08:30! Phoned several auto services as not sure who could fix a fob rather than a straightforward key but none of them were any use. But then…. so glad I found Phoenix Car Keys! 😄 Dan was very helpful & knowledgeable and said they could help, which was a huge relief.
I worried about having to pay a deposit but went ahead. I know they use independent auto locksmiths to attend customers all over the country and only had to wait an hour before a lovely guy called Darren Dixon came to my aid in Worcester.
He has an amazing workshop in his van, so was able to replace my key fob, do the diagnostics on the car AND cut a new car key all within an hour of arriving! It was great service! Thank you all for getting my car to work once more and lowering my blood pressure again 😊.

Great service highly recommend. I lost my key and was stranded 3 hours from home. They came out really quickly even though was a 2.5 hour drive for them. I got 2 replacement keys within 40 minutes of them arriving. I was ble to enjoy the rest of my trip with no concerns.

Wow. What amazing customer service. Today I spoke to Amy who was so sweet and bubbly and extremely helpful! She needs more recognition for how wonderful and cheerful she was. I was quite annoyed that I’ve had to sort out another key (my dog chewed it) but Amy has saved my mood, sorted me a technician fast and offered me two options which is always a plus! Thank you to Amy due to her i would recommend this service and (hopefully I don’t need too) BUT would use again if needed!

After ringing around many Locksmiths, to fix my locked/siezed Car Key ignition to my Vauxhall Zafira!!
This company seemed very enthusiastic & pretty confident they could sort my issue, with the reassurance of 12months warranty. Was slightly concerned about having to do a £100 deposit when booking..,nervous incase a scam.., but followed through & so glad I did as engineer came out next day, on a Sunday & fixed my problem! When other companies were saying, could take up2 10-15days to order parts. Pheonix car keys has parts already stocked, So is perfect for those emergencies!!

My key fob stopped working in my dodge ram which was a nightmare as my other key wasn’t with me. I phoned miles and rather than just taking my money he advised me what to try. I wasn’t convinced but it worked 1st time! Can’t thank him enough! If I could give him more than 5 Stars I would! I’m now going to get a replacement key from him so this doesn’t cause me another cardiac arrest.

My issue with my car key fob was resolved quickly over the phone without any charge which was very much appreciated. Carla was friendly and I will definitely use their services in the future.
