The educational experience was great
The educational experience was great. I would encourage more virtual meetings/collaborations. The administrative experience was a little chaotic.
Great Master's Program
The use of the program curriculum and seamless navigation of the classroom.
University of Phoenix is very helpful
University of Phoenix is very helpful. They will call you once a week to check on you and to see if there's anything that they can help to assist you with. I am very grateful to the University of Phoenix for giving me a chance at 50 years of age to come back and work on my Bachelor's degree in Business. I'm praying that I succeed and graduate from the UOP and find a good-paying job in my field. Thank you, guys.

Bad business decision
I was coming up on my last 2 classes and my advisor removed me from a STRCB class because I didnt have 21 credits. That being said on my active classes, I was completed with all competencies and all with MA grades. Academically I was complete with 27 credits but 2 classes had checkins left. I know you have policies but I am waiting to start my Doctoral program and the decision to not let me start that class is delaying my education and I didnt appreciate it. I did a 2nd level appeal, but was in a cycle of the school disregarding my points and asking for more details. I will take my Doctorate elsewhere.

That’s this University goes above and beyond to ensure you get it . All the access to help at your fingertips
What made my experience great was when I had surgery and couldn’t set for a while and had to withdraw for a while. While I was out my advisor checked on me daily and weekly ensuring I was okay and didn’t need anything. When it was time to return she ensure I wasn’t set back up for great results. Still checked in on me and still to this day after months of being back in classes routine she still checks in . With this caring and understanding with support has made my time here at UOP even more valuable and greater!!
Best decision I’ve made
Best decision I’ve made this year ! I’ve been extremely happy about being back into school , I have something to look forward to that’s securing me and my family’s future and it’s so easy to do just do it and if you’re having trouble your instructors and counselors are always there for you ! Go for it don’t wait
Overall the program itself was fine
Overall the program itself was fine. Classes, great. The only reason why I have it a 3/5 is because of financial aid. I don’t know what changed but it clearly is not working for those of us in this program. How does a school receive funding AFTER my program is complete? Makes no sense. Additionally, we are receiving constant emails about the program being underfunded only to be told to ignore them. The anoint of stress I have endured because of financial aid has been horrendous!

Graduating college has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It wasn’t always easy, and there were definitely moments when I felt stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure of myself. But every challenge taught me something and helped me grow.
Looking back, I’m proud of how far I’ve come. All the late nights, hard work, lessons, and experiences were worth it. College has given me not only an education, but also confidence, memories, and a stronger belief in myself.
I’m grateful for everyone who supported me along the way. This graduation marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of an exciting new one. 🎓✨ I’m proud of myself and excited for what’s next!

I like the school and the program
I like the school and the program. But since I’ve switched majors, it’s like my financial aid is being held hostage by the school and it’s very frustrating. I keep being given different timelines for internal reviews. Literally all I did was switch majors.
Edit: still nothing has been done to help me since I left my review. I’ve talked to multiple people in chat and even sent an email. There has been no resolution or even a solid explanation.

I think the program is very helpful and presents up-to-date information regarding the subjects. What I think the university needs to improve is how it supports students with clinical rotations.
I have been talking with students at other universities, and they get support with preceptors and clinical sites. I have to pay for preceptors, and they aren't available to help because they're affiliated with other universities, so getting placement for clinical rotations is very competitive.

University of Phoenix has been a lifechanger. It has been so nice to have simple due dates, engaging, challenging, yet quick assignments, while learning at my own pace.
It Has Changed For The Worst
They are not transparent. They will have random people call you who will go on long rants about stuff you have never been told, won't tell you if your documents expire and when, and just try to seem like they are helping when they aren't. They harass you by phone and email, especially for money, even if they understood in the beginning that you are a broke college student, and promised I would not have to pay until after I graduated. I have since paid the university at least 600 dollars because they threated to drop my classes multiple times. The claim was that I am considered under parental care just because I am under 23 when I live fully on my own. The content and learning used to be good, and now its all AI. All you do is use AI, do assignments on AI, and train it basically. No real learning anymore. I deeply regret attending here but I'm stuck so I figured I would warn yall.

I love it here!
Everyone has been very supportive since the beginning! The system we use for class is simple and easy to navigate. I love it here!
Worst University Ever!!
This is the worst school I’ve ever attended. I’ve been taking their online classes for a few months as a creative writing major and I am absolutely disheartened by how god awful the experience has been. The staff is no help, my financial aid keeps being delayed because of their stupid system issues, that they can’t seem to do anything about for whatever reason. It’s now going on a month that these funds have been delayed, also the classes suck, I have yet to learn anything of relevance, literally all the assignments are just boring busy work that doesn’t actually teach you anything and the teachers don’t even give constructive feedback! I also feel like my creativity as an artists is pretty restricted even while trying to take creative classes. I thought Valencia was bad, this school is way worse! They don’t even let you pick your classes, and also it really doesn’t matter anyway considering basically every class is the same curriculum, I don’t see much difference from the creative writing class I’m taking right now than the first class I took here. This school is an absolute nightmare and each class is only 5 weeks, what in god’s name am I supposed to learn in just 5 weeks? For every single class? I’m convinced none of these people know what they’re doing. Not to mention the tuition eats at all your financial aid so you barely get any back, if any with the way these delays are going, and because you only take 1 class at a time you only receive financial aid in increments rather than a lump sum. I could go on and on about how awful this school is but there simply aren’t enough hours in the day so I’ll stop there. But please if you’re thinking about starting classes here, think again!
