Quick, easy and discreet packaging

I had 2 very normal shipments however my last one, despite being home, Canada Post didn't deliver it nor give a notice like they indicated. I called them and got the location it would be at since the tracking never updated to pick up even after 5 days.

Canada Post admitted they couldn't locate the package so I reached out, Phoenix assisted me promptly and it was very appreciated. It would have been nice to be able to call someone for support instead of driving around various locations but that's on me for not just waiting for a response ahead of time.

Package was resent and successfully delivered by FedEx just days after contacting Phoenix. Thank you.
