I can recommend this service. It was professional, customer focused, timely and friendly. I needed a blood sample for a test I had purchased and I found the service from first contact through to the sample taking, really good.

Very prompt, professional and caring service which I cannot recommend highly enough.

I'm afraid of needles and very anxious about blood testing but everyone in this clinic made me feel very comfortable and the test was very professionally done. The results came very quickly too.

Very easy to make an appointment. Liz, who I made the appointment with was helpful & friendly. The brickyard has plenty of parking nearby. The environment is clean, bright and airy.

The service received during our visit was excellent, professional and Jayne was extremely helpful during our visit. She took her time and explained the process thoroughly to my parents. Although it's very difficult to get blood drawn from my dad, she managed to put him at ease and draw the blood. I would definitely recommend their services and would use again in future. Thank you

Always welcoming and a professional service from Kenilworth phlebotomy services

I did a lot of research before choosing the services of Phlebotomy Services Ltd on behalf of my elderly father.

From my initial telephone contact with Liz - who couldn't have been more helpful - answering all my questions and then some - to the delightful and knowledgeable Becky who traveled a long distance to draw dad's blood, putting him at ease straight away, and making the process so easy for him, I could not have asked for more.

And I particularly appreciated Becky giving more of her time to chat to me afterwards.

It is one thing to deliver a professional service promptly.

It's another (and is much rarer in my experience) to do so with empathy and kindness.

A very big thank you to Liz and Becky and team from me and dad.

Really accommodating. Gave me a really early appointment so that I could make things work in my diary. The centrifuging worked well and the sample was processed by the lab without issue. They do so many of these private blood tests that they are very familiar with the requirements. Very easy from booking, comms after and the appointment itself. Would use again.

Excellent service will use again husband used them as well both of us, thought they were Excellent very professional, pleasant easy to book. Al receptionist very helpful. Would recommend.

I attended for a blood test today only to find (my mistake) it was the following Friday. As no one was queuing the Phlebotomist agreed to do it for me although she was not obliged to as my mistake. I was extremely grateful not to have had to return on another day and a MASSIVE THANKS.
