5-star service from Phlebotomy Services LTD! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Becky was fantastic—her calm and professional demeanor on the day of my blood test instantly put me at ease, I felt completely relaxed throughout. The attention to detail and care shown made the whole experience incredibly smooth not to mention how fast the results came back. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely use their services again

First class service. Veronica at North Northants Centre was / is excellent in taking blood samples - no waiting, business like and no bruising afterwards. Pleasant manner too.

Had a really good experience, was slightly nervous but was put at ease, really friendly staff, all really polite aswell, appointment was timely was in and out within 15 mins. I’m satisfied it was worth paying to go private.

I have been a few times with my daughter with special needs, they are friendly, helpful but above all amazing with my daughter and with what they do, would highly recommend

Laura very helpful in explaining the range of tests that they were able to carry out, and I had a home visit from Becky, due to my present mobility issues.
I was kept informed of appointment date, time, and full cost, so every confidence in a full recommendation.

This service was excellent, I was late due to traffic and they called me to check if I was still attending. Upon my arrival they're very professional, offered conversation through the process and were very efficient and informative.

I have been using this local phlebotomy service since Covid in 2020. I have always found the staff very professional, efficient and rely on them for a calming home, virtually pain-free experience.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any needle phobics.

Everything was extremely well organised and efficient - admin staff made sure we were well informed and all was ready in place for our appt (we needed to use forms from our NHS GP). Phlebotomist arrived promptly and was really friendly and polite and put patient immediately at ease. As result everything went well and samples were delivered promptly to lab for us. Superb service and staff.

The service from start to finish was brilliant. Warm and friendly welcome as soon as I opened the door, lovely receptionist that had a nice chat with my son while I went into the consultation room. The lady that did my blood test made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and was super lovely. I didn’t feel a thing! She was very helpful too, packing the sample into the envelope and pointing me in the right direction to the priority post box close by. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Jayne was brilliant, obviously knowledgeable and thorough in her approach. An extremely pleasant experience.

Highly recommended. My Wife is anxious about blood draws, and unfortunately she needed several over recent months. The Kenilworth team are lovely to work with. Special call out to Liz on scheduling and Becky the phlebotomist on all of our visits. Becky made the procedures very calm, completely painless and conversational.

This is our second time visiting Phlebotomy Service Ltd. for our son, who is 2 years old. We live in Leeds, and we needed a private phlebotomy service that could provide their services to a toddler needing special support. Our first contact was exceptional: prompt responses from Liz, with detailed answers to our questions. The language was always kind and understanding. On the day of the appointment, we met Jayne, who was amazing with our son. Jayne had no trouble drawing blood from our little one, and he soon forgot the entire event. Jayne was very loving and understanding and took her time to get things done right. We felt no rush at all, and she took the time that was needed to ensure our son was comfortable. After the bloods, they arranged for a trusted lab to carry out the tests we needed and kept us informed on all the results. Needless to say, when our son needed a repeat test, we drove 2 and a half hours to Jayne. They are always welcoming, remembering our names and the name of our little boy. There is a peace we feel when we walk through the doors that we cannot explain. Thank you so much for your support with our son.

Been using the services here for around 3-4 years now maybe longer , I travel from the Tamworth area as at first I couldn’t find anywhere local , after using the service I continue to travel here yearly - the service has always been friendly professional and reliable and is well worth the travel knowing I’m in good hands

I can’t recommend Phlebotomy Services highly enough. It’s easy to get an appointment, they’re super friendly, fairly priced, and I didn’t feel a thing!
