Bought a patio set just over 1 year ago and the paint is already peeling and the metal rusting. It is underneath a covered patio and may only get wet during hard wind and rain. Reached out to customer service and they would not stand behind their product even after providing pictures.

I'm giving a 4 star rating and not 5 star because the first table shipped to me was defective. The defect was bad enough that this should have been found during quality control. The table was defective due to the manufacturing process, not because the table was damage during shipping. I had to go through the process of reporting the defective to the company. To the companies credit, they responded to my email fast over a weekend, impressive. The company shipped out a new table on the following Monday which I received a few days later. The new replacement table assembled just fine and is wonderful. The company did a great job of responding to my issue.

It was frustrating that we received two pieces of our outdoor couch that were unusable but we were very satisfied with the quick response time and remedy provided by the team.

I had a problem with two of the chair legs from the patio set. I contacted the company and they responded promptly with replacements and followed up with me throughout the process.

The customer service was fantastic with the help with my garden furniture the problems where all resolved within a week I was kept informed almost every day

the customer help line. I ran into assembling a gas grill and went online for help for my questions on assembling the grill three times. Each time they responded to me within the day, answering my questions.

We purchased a patio set last year but didn't put everything out until about 3 weeks ago. That is when we discovered that we were missing several cushion covers. I emailed the customer service team and they responded immediately. They asked for some photos that we gladly provided. Soon after that, I received an email that my cushion covers were on the way! The cushion covers arrived about two weeks later.

Very happy with product and customer service! Received some parts that were wrong but after emailing and confirming what we needed replaced customer service was very quick to ship the correct parts! Happy with our new set of furniture and TY customer service!!

I do not recommend buying unassembled. The screw hole patterns are not accurate, the screws are painted aluminum and will easily strip. The cross bracket flanges are not straight. Once the chair is assembled per instructions you will have to shape bend/racking the chair for all 4 legs to sit on the floor at the same time. Assembly can be time consuming especially if you use the Allen wrench that’s furnished. I would only consider buying again only if assembled. You have to remember these chairs are made in China! They are not much better than the similar chairs at Walmart that are assembled for $29.97.

Farrah from Customer Service was fantastic to work with on an incorrect part in one of the chairs. The timing of responses was great, very clear directions.

I purchased the Summit Stackable Patio chairs from this company. First of all Fed Ex delivered package that was banged up and had a hole in the side of the box. The guy brought the package to the door then came back with 3 screws that must have been floating around in his truck. I ended up missing some screws and the company knocked $$ off my order. Very nice as it was not their fault. They also answered quite a few questions I had and responded almost immediately. My son ended up putting them together and as it turned out, they were fairly easy to assemble.

The customer service was top notch, the product was not. I would give 5 stars for service, 1 star for product. Bought a patio set and the seat was broken, table was dented. Shipping boxes looked terrible. Replacement seat was fine, replacement table had noticeable scratches and missing paint. I will have to touch it up or risk rust. Unhappy that a new table isn’t in new condition. It doesn’t affect function but it’s dissatisfying. The speed of delivery was great though. 3 stars because they have excellent workers.

HORRIBLE. We bought an outdoor patio set. It came very quickly, but as soon as we put it together there were parts missing. Pieces of the cushion were missing and holes werent aligned to screw. I reached out to the company and they refused to send us a new replacement. They asked us to pay for the parts and for the mistake that they made. Ridiculous

This company, and all the people that handled my replacement request are absolutely amazing!!! They identified my product, date purchased, warranty info, acknowledged my payment and sent it from their location which may be in Asia......and I received it in about 8 days!!

Customer service was great. Our product arrived with missing parts. We texted the help chat and our parts arrived within a few days.

I mistakenly thought the item delivered was missing two items. The company responded promptly and prepared to send the missing parts. Shortly after that contact, I realized I was mistaken and did receive all parts, so I notified them and they graciously replied that they were pleased all was well. They demonstrated the kind of customer support that I wish more companies would incorporate. Nice Going!

I found the quality of my table and chairs to be very good. I received the table with a crack on the top of it in the wood. I emailed customer service asking what could be done and within a day I received a response that they would send me a new table and within a week I had my new table. I was very pleasantly surprised with the customer service and the product that I received.

I really appreciate it when a company values their customer's concerns and promptly responds to the issue. We purchased the red Phi Villa 13-ft patio umbrella and love the look and design of it. Unfortunately, the LED light on ours stopped working on one side after a few months and it faded quickly. Phi Villa responded quickly and provided everything I could ask for to satisfy my concerns. Excellent customer service is the reason why we will be a repeat customer. Thank you!
