Unfortunately this company uses FedEx to ship this product so although all 8 boxes were shipped the same time out set arrived on three separate days. While the boxes were pretty beat the well packaged items inside were unscathed. Furniture is very high quality. Happy customer :)

I would not recommend this brand at all. I was very disappointed with the wicker construction and while they say 6 inches with cushions only the seat cushion is 6 inches but back cushions are awful and worse than normal pillows you could buy at Walmart. Very disappointed. There are so many good reviews online so I wonder if the company deletes the bad reviews. glad I only bought two chairs and Ottomans as I will not buy anything else from this company.

I very rarely write reviews...but here we go......The Good, and the Bad!
We ordered the Ardenelle set...the top of the line.
The Good.......beautiful looking set well crafted (imitation?) wicker.
Very nice finish. Plump ~6" base cushions. Excellent shipping. Well packed. No flaws. Extra hardware just in case you lose a piece. Nice ratchet installation tool included.
The Bad........The back cushions are filled poorly. The pictures all show as if they are as thick as the base cushions, but they are not, and they flop over easily in the wind. The ottomans cushions are flimsy thin and slide off whenever you rest your feet up on them. Two of the wicker sides should extend up to hold the cushions in place. The seating in the chairs are much more comfortable than the sofas...which are very hard. The reason for that is the cushions of the chair sit on wicker, while the cushions on the sofa sit directly on steel. We bought an almost identical Hampton Bay Cambridge set off the floor from Home Depot a few years back (they no longer offer it)....the price was much less, and the comfort level was far superior. Even the fabric was a much higher grade than Hilga offers. We regret our purchase here and hope others don't make our same mistake falling for Hilga's great marketing! I hope they improve their product......It wouldn't be hard to do. Also, the back pillows are flimsy and blow over with slight breezes.....Don't forget to watch Hilga's sale...it's always on sale....always last chance....always the same sale price.

They still have not sent the covers 5 weeks later

I ordered the Ardenelle Conversation Set with Ottomans on 6/9, but the website didn’t say it was a pre-order. A week later, I found out it would be delayed because it was pre-ordered. Chairs and table arrived 6/23, but the ottomans are delayed until “around 7/3,” even though my order was marked “fulfilled.” I believe Hillga confused my order with the Ardenelle Conversation Set without ottomans, causing this issue. Hillga only communicates by email, and updates were unclear and slow. Be aware of possible delivery delays and communication issues before ordering. At the time of this review, I have not received my ottomans and their websites states the delivery status as "preparing".

We purchased some lovely, comfortable chairs from this company but not directly from them. After only a few months one of the bases snapped. The chair is useless without this piece. The company does not honor the warranty unless the chair is purchased directly from them and will not even make the one piece we need available to purchase.
