Hi there,

We take feedback like this seriously, especially when it comes to navigation and mobile experience. At the same time, it can be difficult for us to address the issue without a bit more detail.

Could you please share:
• what device and browser you were using
• where exactly things weren’t working or were glitching

This will help our team properly investigate and improve the experience.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Hi Mathias,

Thank you so much for the 5 stars, we really appreciate it 😊

Just to kindly clarify, our platforms like PhDportal, Mastersportal, and Bachelorsportal are here to help you explore and compare study programmes, including details on requirements, tuition fees, and how to apply.

Since each university has its own application system, applications are usually completed directly on the university’s website rather than through our platform.

We truly appreciate your support and are glad you had a good experience with us 🧡

Hi Subhan,

Thank you for your message. We would really like to understand what happened here.

Studyportals is not a university and we do not manage admissions directly. Our platforms help students discover and compare study programmes worldwide, but applications and admissions questions are handled by the universities themselves.

Because of this, students usually contact the university listed on the programme page, rather than Studyportals directly.

If you were trying to reach us about a specific programme or application issue, please feel free to explain a bit more here and we will gladly help guide you in the right direction.

Our goal is to make studying abroad easier to navigate, and we would be happy to help you find the information you need 🎓
