The person who dealt with me was first class. There had been a mix up with the time of my appointment, but this young man did all he could to deal with me , so patient friendly even though they were short staff. He is an asset to your company. Thank You.

Came for my flu jab. Pharmacist was very helpful with other medications I was taking.
Bad reaction. I now have a painful bruise the size of a saucer on my arm

Booked appointment online for the weight management service. Turned up on the day. Sat waiting for 15 mins past appointment time then asked if they knew I was waiting. Was told no pharmacist there was trained to see to me. Told to come back another day..... I don't think so!! No apology. No response when I complained to their head office.... Avoid!!

Promised referral which never materialised
Had an appointment with a pharmacist re a uti. It was agreed that I should be referred back to a doctor which they said they would do immediately following my appointment and a doctor would contact me that afternoon. I heard nothing so eventually contacted the surgery and they informed me that they had received no notice of a referral.

Booking has been disorganised
My appointment was booked on a day the staff member doesn't work, so was cancelled at short notice. I booked again. He followed up after the appointment was rebooked to book me in. Seems v disorganised.
