Always a fantastic experience at the pharmacy. Friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgable staff. On this particular occasion, I attended for my annual flu jab, which I usually go to pharmacy plus health for. Quick and easy to make an appointment.

The pharmacist was very efficient and personable

Hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority.
I would expect the person giving the injection to wash their hands first, given that they were serving customers immediately prior to dealing with my flu jab.
The room I was taken to for my jab wasn't clean, which was concerning.

Arrived early for my flu jab vaccination, was told not a problem and was promptly told to have a seat in the consulting room.
The member of staff was friendly and polite and after asking various medical questions, efficiently administered the vaccine.
Would certainly recommend this service.

All staff involved were very friendly and helpful to my 97 year old mum. There had been confusion over her appointment due to an error made by the NHS booking service but this was sorted quickly and smoothly.

Attended the Tieve Tara pharmacy in Castleford with my wife for flu jabs. The job was completed at the time we made the appointments for by a very pleasant pharmacist who had a great sense of humour. Neither of us felt a thing and had no side effects whatsoever. This is not the first time we have had flu/covid jabs here and we will not be going elsewhere in future as the service was so good.
