Ashley was very helpful in sorting out our booking when the discount voucher sent me did not work (for us or her)

Was a little complicated to start with due to booking multiple venues but Alison took the reigns and sorted and booked everything for us. Will request her help for our next bookings.

Unfortunately, using this site has been incredibly unhelpful and inconvenient from the start to finish. When submitting information about an enquiry, I was quoted incorrect prices for number of rooms and stays. Was slow to rectify this. Price shown on website differed to quoted and when challenged I was explained that they can differ because of availability and time of the year, which is fully understandable, however stated in her response was a £50 difference yet the actually price difference on the quote was £76.40?! When explaining the offer was for 2 adults and a dog, yet there will only be 1 adult attending, is there any price reduction for the money saved on the missed diner, I received an incredibly blunt and rude response saying no. No information about diner shown on website so rang to enquire, waited half a day for a response to a simple question. When finally through, another rude employee who sounded like he didn’t want to be on the phone, still didn’t know the information about diner, was told he would ring the hotel and email me the information, I’m still waiting 3 days on… the whole experience has been incredibly poor. I’ve rang direct to the hotel before booking and after booking and they couldn’t be any more helpful, friendly or proactive, everything PetsPyjamas are not! I simply used them as they were slightly cheaper with the offer but all the hassle was certainly not worth the small saving. Would not recommend to anyone!

First time using pets&pyjamas, was very smooth until I got a call saying it would be more expensive but Alison was a diamond and sorted it out and got me the best deal and package. Due to the result I will use pets&pyjamas again.

Donna was very helpful over the phone and was able to change and update a gifted voucher that allowed us to book a trip easily without any hastle. Easily contactable and happy to help - I would recommend their service!

I booked a stay at the dog-friendly Colwall Park through PetsPyjamas. From the moment I booked to the moment I arrived at the hotel, the PetsPyjamas concierge team were super helpful. The hotel was also super nice, the staff were lovely and treated Luigi (my dog) like a king. The price was very considerable considering I was bringing a dog. Usually I would pay a minimum of £10 per night just for Luigi. However, I only had to pay for the room. I'll be using PetsPyjamas for all of my staycations, even when travelling without Luigi.

Amazing service! Have not stayed at hotel yet but the help and support on finding the right hotel has been second to none! I will definitely use them again and again 😊 And our pet concierge Natalie was fabulous and found us the paw-fect hotel!!

This will be the 4th time we have used pets pyjamas in hotels from wiltshire to northumberland all have been as described and to an excellent standard.
