I read alot of the reviews on here. I do not know thier experience. However, I will say mine was the complete opposite of what they have written.

As for the time line. They were very straight forward with it. I got update emails for every phase of it. (You may need to check spam/junk at first to change the email status, I had to)

I did order the preview and approval. The email for took longer than i expected (later I read the original order email, and the timeline was pretty spot on, I got the timing wrong) they responded to every email and question i had in a timely manner. When the preview email finally came in and I saw the product it had the proper coloration and look. Yes it was not an exact replica. But, it is a plush and not a taxidermy of the pet. So, there will be some slight differences. The pictures i sent were not even the greatest quality and they still managed to capture my pets appearance. It was exactly what I expected and more. Even my wife, who I did not tell about this, saw our departed pet.
We are so happy with this, now we can take her with us on our family trips and still remember how happy she was when we went to the lake.

This company is amazing!!! I sent like 4 or 5 photos of my Bubbin and they brought him right back to life perfectly. I would recommend them time and time again. If you are seeking to have a replica of your beloved dog or cat, (not sure if they do any other animals) but THIS is the company you want to entrust. The details are impeccable, right down to the lil black spot just above his nose.

Updates on every step of the process. Received my Molly and she is beautiful. Workmanship is impeccable and communication is top notch. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️

I lost my 2 heart dogs within 2 days of each other. My daughter ordered the stuffed replicas when both dogs began failing and gave them to me after they passed. I would not have gotten through the first 2 weeks without them had it not been for this wonderful product. They are so close to real and the quality is great.

The communication during production was amazing and the finished product was perfect and brought tears to my Daughters eyes. It resembled our lost horse perfectly.

Service was great and my corgi was the cutest! So soft and cuddled!!!

Ordered 2 stuffed animals on Dec 21, 2025.
1. I could not find a way to order a larger size.
2. No updates until February.
3. Email, Petslify offers no updates whatsoever.
4. I canceled order via email.
5. Credit Card already refunded my $321.

We paid over $200 to have a stuffed plush clone created of a beloved Bengal cat. Provided pictures of pictures of the cat. Paid for a proof that apparently went to our spam folder and there was no follow-up by the company before sending a letter that it was about to ship. Upon reviewing the proof after requesting it, the plush looks nothing like the pictures provided. So not only did we not get what we paid for but they are arguing with us that it cannot be refunded even though they failed to provide the proof and follow up as to whether it was acceptable. It was only after we realized we had not heard from them in over a month that we reached out. Now they're saying they can refund it but they have to keep $60 as a penalty. I will be disputing this with our credit card company as fraud.

18 weeks later still have not received anything in customer service has not given me any information

I ordered a custom plush replica of my dog and paid extra for a preview service so I could review the design and request corrections before production. The preview they sent looked nothing like my dog in color, proportions, facial features or overall appearance. It looked like a generic toy rather than a custom replica based on the photos I provided.

I clearly informed the company that I did not approve the design and asked them not to ship the product. Despite this, they proceeded with production and shipment anyway.

When I requested a refund, the company refused and instead asked me to cancel the dispute with my bank before they would even discuss a return. This is very concerning.

From my perspective, this creates a situation where a customer is left with an unwanted product and may later be asked to pay expensive international return shipping. I strongly suspect this process is intentionally designed this way, since international return shipping can cost as much as the product itself.

Overall, I did not receive the service I paid for and the experience has been very frustrating.

I ordered a Plush to suprise my Mom. We lost our dog Luna a year ago and she still brings her up to this day. She was our first family dog so I trusted these people to make the perfect plush that looks like her. My Mom was shocked to see how close it looked to Luna, her first instinct was to hug her. These plushies have a good weight to them and will last. Also for details, Luna has a moon shape mark on her back and spotted ears, I’m glad to see that they did not for egg eat those special details that makes it her. I’m glad to find Petslify.

I wanted to get this for my daughter who lost her fur baby of 10+years. I really liked the updates, complete with pictures. Gave me the opportunity to see what he looked like, make corrections or adjustments to the pet. My daughter cried when she got him, said she felt like he was home. They did a great job and really wanted to get it right!

We love the product that petslify related for our daughter. It was like replica of our dog Stella. They sent us proofs to check before it was sent and were very collaborative. We love it

My plush was a gift for my daughter and granddaughters. They recently lost their Maggie girl unexpectedly. They were thrilled to get a mini Maggie memorial plush to place her collar on and to snuggle as they grieve. Maggie was a Belgian Malinois with a brindle coat. They all love the likeness and my daughter said it was a comfort to have delivered ! Thank you for this service

Absolutely amazing experience with this company!

Our plush was excellent, very touching having lost our beloved pup unexpectedly due to a rare condition. I recommend the review so you can offer some final suggestions before final production. Do allow time to receive. We ordered in December and received in February because we asked for some minor changes.

This is the worst customer experience of my life. I’ve experienced downright lies from the so called customer service team. I paid for expedited service- 4-6 weeks. I’m now on month 3 with no product. I told my daughter that a special gift was coming for her for Christmas, well… now she asks if it’s ever coming. I have to tell her I’m not sure. I was told that my product was going into packaging phase 3 weeks ago.

We lost our two King Charles Cavalier's and miss them dearly. My husband would talk to them all the time. Petslify was very helpful in creating and matching the look to our Willie that we ended up ordering a second one for our Luke Roy. Our pet dog collar fits on it and is so amazing to see our Willie everyday and to keep his memory alive. My husband still talks to Willie. Thank you Petslify

A dead German Shepherd came back looking like a Cayote. They claim my review emails must have gone to spam. SHIT quality, shit service go ahead and spend emotionally.

My mom is obsessed with her dog he's a pug/bulldog mix and I wasn't able to find anything that looks like him, so I figured that custom made stuffed animals had to be a thing which is how I found Petslify. She loves the little lookalike that she received as part of her Christmas gift.
