None of the clothes I ordered fit my frenchie well- it took so long to ship the rainy weather subsided. We have no use for her outfits. Clothes doesn’t fit like it’s intended for frencie’s mayby med or small dog with a different build. Disappointed.

I had perhaps the best experience with Hajar in customer service I have ever received from any company, and I am a big online shopper. I ordered the wrong size harnesses for my Frenchies and contacted the company to help with an exchange. I was fortunate enough to receive a reply from Hajar within a few hours, requesting I send measurements of our pups, which I did. He replied back with several suggestions which would be a better fit for our big boys.
Hajar was so pleasant and went out of his way to answer all my questions in such a timely manner. We settled on two harnesses and he expedited the order processing to get them out the door and on their way. The Frenchie Shoppe is very lucky to have someone like Hajar to work with their clients and to represent their company, Hajar turned what was a disappointment into a positive ending. I highly recommend the Frenchie Shop and their quality products. They will have all my future business when it comes to Leo and Simon, thanks to Hajar. And, if I didn't mention it, I am not a new customer to the Frenchie Shop. This was the first time I have ever had an issue and could not be happier with how it was handled.

I ordered the adjustable soft vest no-pull harness leash set. It was slow to arrive and when it did I was disappointed with the quality. It looked cheap and rather flimsy. Straps and adjusters did not look strong enough to restrain my French Bulldog despite her not being a puller. I could not be bothered with the hassle of returning it and put it down to experience and will not be ordering from this company again.

I strongly advise against ordering from Frenchie Shop, operated by EMEGA DEALS LLC. I placed an order over a week ago, and the tracking still shows “label created.” After sending multiple emails, I was finally told my item was still in production, even though their initial response stated my order was in the “shipping process.” Despite multiple attempts to get clear information, their communication remained vague and unhelpful, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my purchase.

As someone who works in customer service, I recognize the tactics they use to stall and avoid accountability. It’s clear that they do not prioritize customers and their lack of transparency is unacceptable.

Other reviews confirm this is not an isolated incident. Many customers report long delays, missing orders, and poor communication. My experience has been frustrating and stressful, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and headache… avoid Frenchie Shop / EMEGA DEALS LLC entirely.

The suck the items LOOK NOTHING like the pictures so disappointing everything is cheap plastic only the leash is metal and it still had the square mark around the name from when they heat pressed my dogs name on it if I could give them 0 stars I would

Everything is from China. I've had better luck and prices on Temu. Still waiting on an order that is a month old and tracking doesn't work.

I tried many times to reach someone to do a return. Couldn't get an answer so I'm stuck with pj's that dont fit and out 30 dollars. Such a scam

I would never order from this company again. Didn’t realize it was overseas China and it took forever to get anything. Order five items and only one came. Harness too small and I ordered large. This is a total rip. Note to self.I will check the site and read reviews to make sure the items will come from USA.

I ordered a couple of items and when I received them they were not what I was expecting. I reached out to them by email to start the return process. The customer service was excellent. They informed me the cost to return the items would be more than the items cost as they had to returned to China. They offered for me to choose something else from their website for the amount that I had spent and to keep the original items. When I chose my replacement items (which were 2 blankets) the $ I had to spend was not enough to cover 2 larges so I was going to go with a large and a medium. They said not to worry, they would send me the 2 larges and cover the difference.

Originally I wasn't happy with my first purchase and they were very nice to offer a replacement. The shipping does take a while because it's coming overseas but the price is decent and the customer service was actually great. Thank you Frenchie shop

I will not be ordering from them again! It took a month for the boots I ordered to arrive. The package was left by my garage door which is visible from my street. Most packages are left at my front door which is hidden from the street. They never notified me of the delivery. If they had I would have asked a neighbor to get it. Apparently I was gone when they left it. Days later I sent a email asking when the order was coming. They said it was delivered already. When I said it was not by my door they said since it was delivered they would neither replace or reimburse me even though I never received the boots. So I’m out the money and still have no boots!

I did a return and the process was easy . I just had to give the right measurement.
