First of all the customer service has to be the best I have ever encountered. Fast and friendly. Answer my questions immediately. Ordering and halting is easier then ever. The website is so user friendly. No pressure if you need to hold back a few orders. I mean this has been a great experience so far. My 3 year old Maltipoo absolutely LOVES her meals. I love the containers with all the info. I have been SUPER happy with this company!!!!!

We love PetPlate! My dog freaks out when the blue box comes in the mail and the food is delicious--even the dry food looks actually appetizing rather than the brown chunks her old food was.

I had to get a slow feeder because he was gobbling up his meals in seconds. I love PetPlate too because I know he's getting healthy food that will help him live a long time and it's so easy and customer service is a dream

My mini poodle has been on PetPlate for over a year now. She frequently had issues with other foods I've tried, including waking up in the middle of the night every night and getting sick. Very happy to report that this hasn't happened since switching to PetPlate! Thank you PetPlate for quality food and a good night's sleep!

Packaging is the best out of all the human grade dog food companies. It's convenient to have cups that I can put a lid back on. Packages always arrive frozen. Most importantly, my dog loves the food and I can notice a visible change in her health. Coat is shinier, her poops are more consistent and her energy is higher.

This is the best dog food delivery service hands down. Not only is my dog obsessed with every recipe, but she has gotten so much healthier from eating this food. A few years ago she had weird skin issues, bald patches in her fur and once we switched to PetPlate that all went away. Her fur is smooth and silky now! Their customer service team is so nice and helpful and in my years of ordering I have only ever had one issue- and it was a courier issue that they made right immediately. I am so grateful I found them and my dog gets to eat real food instead of gross store bought kibble.

I have been a customer for over 5 years. My pup has only ever eaten PetPlate and continues to be healthy, happy, has a soft coat and regular stool. He still does spins before meal time and continues to lick his bowl to make sure he has eaten everything. When I needed help with a delivery the customer care team replied and assisted right away. Riley loves the chicken treats and has enjoyed the skin and coat supplements as well. I am so grateful for PetPlate and the healthy meals they are making for our pups!

I've been a PetPlate customer for almost a year now and they have went above and beyond to make sure my plan was the exact right one for our two crazy Australian Shepards. They absolutely love it and we'd never switch back our prior fresh pet food!

My 4-year-old golden retriever used to be the gassiest dog I have ever met. She could clear a room easily and you could hear her stomach grumbling and churning all day long. We tried so many different foods and PetPlate was finally the one that worked! No more smelly gas and she digests it so much better that I don't hear her tummy rumble! Her poops are even smaller too.

My very picky border collie used to be a chronic vomiter, especially on kibble. We tried many different foods for her to try to help with digestion but didn't have a lot of luck. When we switched to PetPlate she stopped her normal 2x a week vomiting! She hasn't vomited in over 8 months, which is when we started her on PetPlate. She is picky and gobbles up every bite when she used to skip meals constantly. She even begs for her PetPlate now when she knows it is close to dinner time. We are so happy to have found a food that works so well for both of our pups!

Our cav, Rosie, was a picky eater. Now she can't wait for mealtime. And the PetCare team is so helpful and friendly.

Compared to other human grade lightly cooked it was my least favorite. The packaging is extremely hard to thaw compared to farmers dog and nomnom. It also recommends a lot more calories then the other competitors using the exact same status. Price is comparable or cheaper.

Ingredients sounds wholesome and the photos of the food looks delicious. With health issues related to grain free dog food, I would love it if they made food that included grains. I haven’t purchased, but when they start making food that includes grains, I’ll definitely give them a try.

The worst of them all. This company was supposed to do a delivery every 3 weeks. I noticed them taking out of my account earlier and earlier then I changed it to a month later and asked them to stop changing me. They still kept trying even though it was a month away. I messaged support and support actually changed my delivery date to earlier and charged me again. They never pick up the phone and their customer support is the absolute worst.

Please keep in mind with the response they gave me the date that they changed it to. I did not ask them to change it. I did not want it changed. And I was traveling and didn’t see their demanded date. Yes it was refunded but a company shouldn’t change someone’s dog food date and bill their account.

This is the second time I have gotten my food late. It was suppose to come today but didn't. UPS rescheduled it for next Thursday 12/22. This is unacceptable. I don't care that it's Christmas and everyone is overworked. This shouldn't happen. They are an inefficient company and don't prepare for shipping sooner during Christmas. My dog has no food and I have to cook for him. That is unacceptable. I am not happy with petplate.

My pets love the venison and lamb best. The shipping and customer service are great. I have been able to pause when needed with no problem. Very convenient and healthy for my fur babies.

They continually mess up shipping and delivery. Customer service is only so-so. I have run out of food for my dog several times due to the company’s late shipping. Save yourself a headache and go to a different company. You contact them and you will get a silly response with silly dogs words like “woofing on it.” Our dogs need their food and this silliness isn’t appreciated. My dog has gastritis and I have told them many times her food can’t be late. I switch the delivery date and am promised it will come on that date and it doesn’t happen. Awful company!

Dog loves! Was a bit offended that he scarfed it down faster than he does when I make him homemade food myself. I guess its ok though. He deserves the best!
