Absolute fantastic service. Great personal experience from start to finish. Excellent shipping time of a really quality item. Our pooch will wear it with pride when he’s opened it on Christmas Day.

Absolutely love our products from PetHaus! Originally bought the custom hoodie which we couldn’t be happier with, so of course we had to come back and get the Sherpa vest 😍

The quality is better than most people clothes and the staff were fantastic both times when asked for assistance with sizing & patchwork. (The custom patches are a must 😉)

One of our favourite stores and will definitely be back again, can’t recommend highly enough!

Do not recommend this business. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Pethaus. They present themselves as a small, humble business, but in my opinion the pricing is extremely high and the "sale" bundle prices are misleading. The customer service I received was also absolutely disgusting.

From the moment I placed my order, the communication was frustrating and confusing. I emailed them immediately to request changes to my order, and the owner confirmed that the order hadn’t begun processing yet. Based on that, I expected that removing a few items would be simple—especially since their website claims they are “happy to edit orders.”

However, the moment I replied asking to remove specific items after realising how sneaky they are with the ridiculous price increases for a small size, I was suddenly told it was “too late” because the order had gone into processing. The timing felt incredibly convenient for them and completely unfair to me as a customer. The reply moments earlier welcomed changes and indicated no processing had begun. It left me feeling as though my request was dismissed rather than genuinely considered and the order was quickly rushed so the order conveniently couldn't be cancelled.

When I asked for a refund for the items I clearly indicated I wanted removed, my request was refused—even though we had already been communicating and this was acknowledged by the owner before my order supposedly started processing. To make matters worse, the return policy was changed after I emailed them, which only added to the feeling that the situation wasn’t being handled transparently.

After numerous push backs and complaints, the owner was suddenly willing to allow a return of some items but not others. Overall, my experience with Pethaus has been really disappointing. For the prices they charge, I expected far better service, honesty, and flexibility. Instead, I was left feeling ignored, dismissed, and out of pocket. I am still waiting on a refund and for my order to arrive. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible customer service! I ordered two XL and they send me an XL and 2XL! On top of that it was way too small for my dogs & when I reached out to Customer Service for an exchange, they don't give that option. Instead they refund it back to your account and you must repurchase. Mind you, I had to pay $15 shipping for this. So returning them, I'd have to pay another shipping fee on top of paying another shipping fee for new order! Never again will I ever give this shitty business another dollar of mine! Also, the expected date was not accurate!

Highly recommended. Small Australian business. There was a very small mistake on my first order (a custom hoodie for my Cavoodle) but it wasn't a big deal and i loved it enough that I had no desire for a replacement or refund. I informed them of the error and got a quick response (from one of the owners not a bot which for me is a first 👍) I informed her of the small mistake and reordered the same hoodie in a different colour with different text, she gave me a discount that I didn't even ask for. It arrived today with a nice handwritten note and an extra little gift for my pooch. Both hoodies are custom, handmade and very good quality. The first hoodie was grey and my little lunatic fluffball loves a plunge in the Ovens river (even in early morning,which at this time of year i still frosted until almost noon 🥶) Doesn't bother Lucifer though (hes a nut) but he and the hoodie have gotten very very muddy and after putting it through the wash a few times (the hoodie not the dog) even with the light colour and custom text covered in dark mud has come out looking new. Thanks very much Mel and Matt, the "best dog" patch you sent is perfect, and I will sew it onto my backpack below "ouch pouch" left of "Marilyn Manson" right of "Biggie Smalls" and above "Black Guns Matter"🤣 The guide for measurements to ensure a correct fit on the website is also simple and spot on.
