Really happy with the consistent service

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your renewal offer.
The increase in a renewal quote can be due to many factors including claim history as well as pets being another year older. I can see that there has been a successful claim within the policy year, continuing the policy with us would mean that this condition would continue to have been covered.
We do try to keep renewal pricing as low as possible but we are also happy to make amendments to a policy to reduce the cost should these be of interest to a customer.

Excellent Pet Insurance Company
They have been absolutely brilliant. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes and their cover has been nothing but fast, hassle free, and supportive. Renewal price was also more than reasonable, considering we have used our pet insurance a lot following the diagnosis. I cannot fault the service we have received.
