I ordered what looked like a beautiful sweater. I never received it. Ironically the company’s tracking showed something was shipped from china in early December and arrived in my mailbox, via Chicago, on 12/27. The only thing delivered were 2 identical knit winter hats in separate cheap plastic bags. Not only were these not ordered by me but they do not exist on the Peter Oliveira website and they are ugly! A scam for sure. Don’t order from this company. I don’t think it exists as seen online.

DO NOT BUY FROM PETER OLIVEIRA - IT IS A SCAM!!! Believe the negative reviews. This company advertises with photos of clothing that looks like designer, high quality materials, but they produce cheap garbage in China. They will not refund your money!!! You have to pay for shipping returns back to China ~$45, and then you still may not get a refund.

I'll admit, I was worried for a moment because the order came later than expected. But when I finally got it, the quality won me over. The fit, the look everything was just right. Even with the small problem, the overall experience was still really good!

Sent me a different jacket than what I ordered and it was too small I contacted them to exchange it they said I could keep it and they would send me another one. I waited almost 2 months and finally the other one showed up and it was the exact same jacket that's the first one which still didn't fit and isn't the jacket I wanted. You can't really talk to anybody there either. They stipulate if they send a replacement you can't ask for any more refunds. And being that they're in China you can't send something back to them it took 6 weeks or more the first time to get here and almost two and a half months the second time. Also I noticed inside pockets are sewed on weird. And one of the outside pockets on the left side where you put your hand in is actually sewn shut. You can't make this stuff up. Don't do it it's not worth it you're going to get burnt!!

The product looks great and the material feels nice but the sizing just didn't work out for me. I ordered the size I usually wear, but it came in tighter than expected, especially around the chest and sleeves. I really liked the design, so it's disappointing that the fit wasn't right.

This has to be one of the worst customer service operations. Hopefully you read through the reviews before you order anything. Items come from China to a warehouse in the U.S. and then mailed to the customer. Sad that we have this type of business online posing as a legitimate company.

I placed a $245 order on December 2 and have received no updates or shipping information. The only response I got was an email from “Anna Smith,” which seemed automated and not legitimate. No further communication since. Just the same response that the item is on the way but the tracking number doesn’t give any real updates about location. I’ve contacted my bank to request a refund.

I ordered an xl cashmere sweater for my wife for Xmas.
I received a cheaply made polyester sweater with no brand or size tag after Xmas weeks later. The product was not the correct size. I have inquired about a refund.
It has turned into a greater nightmare. I was required first to email a picture of the sweater and have been informed there is 2 options.

1. A 15% refund and keep the the item. Basically $10 back on a $70 order.
2. Return the item and a full refund will be given, but I'm required to pay $40-$50 in shipping.

This seller is a fraud. The pictures aren't the items you receive ,and they make the return process a scam as well. I will never order from this seller again and encourage others to do the same.
Shame on them for misleading buyers and not doing the right thing.

I was supposed to get a cashmere sweater. Instead, it is a blend of garbage fabric, just polyester. There are no care instructions. No name label either. I believe it is most likely illegal not to have any label. Just found this...
Federal law requires that most textile and wool products have a label that lists the fiber content, the country of origin, and the identity of the manufacturer or another business responsible for marketing or handling the product. I thought I was ordering from the U.S. instead it came directly from China. It took almost a month to receive it. It resembles the item I ordered barely. Overall, Peter Olivera is nothing more than the likes of Shein or Temu and Should NOT be associated with Luxury!

I ordered 4 “cashmere “ sweaters on 12/10 , they did not come in time for Christmas and the tag says they are 100%polyester!! The design is different than what the depict in their advertisement.😡
A big No way again for this company!!

Ordered a number of outfits from the company at the end of November 2025 and it is now January 2nd, 2026 and no items. Tried to call the customer service number but was not working. Wrote to them twice and after the 2nd time, received a response from Anna saying that it is still on its way. I've been reading these comments and it's very concerning. I will be more careful purchasing items from unknown vendors in the future. Thank you for all your comments. I should have read them prior to purchasing anything from this website.

Be warned, they tell you that they are operating out of United States however that is not where the clothes are coming from and they will not take a short time also the address is not from within the United States, they are a deep fake and they are Drop Shipping items that are actually from Chinese warehouse or sold on one of those other platforms previously for a quarter of the price and of similar quality yes they are one of those yes they are responding in the comments yes they are very keen on how to be disingenuous when you respond with them through their email address and everywhere right now and no Google should stop sponsoring their items. I suggest that we all alert Googles sponsorship icons every time for whatever listing that shows up they need to know that this is a scam alert. Behold I am going to receive it yet another disingenuous seller remark from their so-called customer service everyone should be careful about a email only based service the phone number is not legitimate for customer.

Edit: They are disappointed that they cannot control the reviews is what it is. I wonder if it really is a family operation, all they can see our dollar bills. That is their marketing person responding.

Was promised before Christmas. Got the product 12/30/25. Very POOR quality. Received an XL....I ordered a L. Picture on line was shown as coming below the knee. This does not even look close to the sweater I ordered.

JoI purchased a jacket at Peter Olivera website, way before Christmas to give it to my brother on Christmas, well I got it 3 days after. We ordered a large size and this jacket came with no tags and it's too big. It looks like a very cheap quality. I paid in total like 82.00. The website doesn't says where this store is at, and no phone number. I had contacted them befire ti ask when we were going to remove it and usually they would answer within a day. I already sent them an email 3 days ago letting them know that the jacket is too big, and they haven't responded. I don't recommend Peter Oliveira because they lie just to get your money,abd whey you try to contact them, they don't respond. Don't buy from places that don't have an address, phone number, and never heard of it... 1/11/26 Up to now, I have sent them the pictures of the jacket,and they have ignored my emails. They just want to keep my money i guess..

DO NOT Order anything from this website, very misleading, their products come from China, cheap quality, same stuff you can buy on TEMU or Alibaba for way cheaper. It took almost 1 month for my order to arrive. I contacted their customer service expressing my concerns and calling them out on their misleading sales tactics, for example on their website it says that products are shipped from the US and arrive in 5-7 days from order date. Straight up lie, they wrote back and all they could do is apologize over and over but offer no solution.
Do yourself a favor and buy it on Amazon, at least you'll be able to return it easily, with this company it will be impossible

I ordered from this company on December 9th and was told that it would be here before Christmas Day, and it is still not here! After reading all the other reviews I’m afraid that when I finally get what I ordered it will be something completely different. This was a Christmas present for my wife and I was excited to give it to her, but now I don’t have it to give her. It’s my fault for being to trusting that this was a legitimate company, and also after reading the other reviews I now know that I won’t be able to get my money back. It’s sad that companies are out there taking advantage of people, it’s especially sad being that it’s Christmas and it was supposed to be the one big present that I was supposed to give to my wife!

Ratings should offer zero stars. Company misleads you to believe they offer quality products for low prices and from US. Product shipped from China taking 24 days, arrived with no tags and looks nothing like the picture. Cheap quality, not cashmere as advertised. The $70 sweater I purchased could have been ordered through Sh**n or T**u for like $12-14. Supposed to be a Christmas present for my mother tomorrow and it's embarrassing. Have to run out today to get something else.

Decent product, terrible shipping. It took way longer than I was told and I had to keep checking the tracking myself. Not the best first impression. They need to step up their logistics.
