We recently purchased our home through Peter Lane and they have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the agents who showed us round the property in the beginning, to Matt and Colin who we dealt with frequently and Anne Marie also, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

In reality, neither team generated any leads or interest, and it wasn’t until a senior manager stepped in 12 weeks later that meaningful viewings finally began.
During the sale itself, communication from Peter Lane was minimal. When contact was made, it often felt like it was in the buyer’s interest rather than mine — despite me being the one paying the fee. There was also no pre‑completion guidance: no explanation of what to expect on the day, what I needed to do, or reassurance that they would be available if any issues arose. Thankfully, this wasn’t my first property sale; otherwise, the lack of support would have been even more stressful.
Overall, a disappointing experience from a firm I had previously regarded highly.
