My Go To Retailer for Clothing
One of the very few on line retailers who truly provide a quality and well fitting garment. As one who is quite older am usually disappointed with clothing that are designed for a much younger man. The pants ordered from Peter Cristian fit just as I hoped and were shown and explained on line. Yes it takes awhile to receive a shipment from London but well worth the wait.

Suit looks great but
Suit looks great but, the armpit is entirely too low in the blazer. Can only raise my arms to 45 degree angle without distorting the way suit fits. A bit disappointing for the price in comparison to other suits.

Good Afternoon
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us.
We are pleased to hear that you like the look of your suit.
Please accept our apologies the fit of the blazer is not quite right, particularly around the armholes, and that this affected your comfort and freedom of movement.
We understand how disappointing that must be, especially at this price point.
If the suit has only been tried on and still has all the tags attached, you are welcome to return the suit, if it is not suitable.
Your comments are greatly appreciated and will be shared with our product team, as feedback like yours helps us improve both our fit and design.
If there’s anything our customer service team can do to help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to serve you.
Kind Regards

Great product
Great product, shipped on time even though it was coming from overseas (which I was not aware of). Despite that the shipping transparency was good and I received the product by my deadline.

Unfortunate experience
1. Took 3 weeks from charge for order to delivery, with no feedback as to where the order was.
2. For the extra $30 charge to shorten the trousers one might expect cuffs rather than just a plain hem.
Not up to my previous experience with the company.

Svar fra Peter Christian Gentlemen's Outfitters (US)
Good Afternoon
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us.
Please accept our apologies that this order didn’t meet the standard you’ve come to expect from us.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait three weeks for your order without receiving updates on its progress.
We are also sorry that the trouser alterations weren’t finished as you had expected.
Your comments regarding the shortened hems and cuffs are appreciated and will be shared with the relevant team.
As a returning customer, we’re especially disappointed that this experience fell short of your previous ones. We truly value your loyalty and hope we’ll have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us with your next order.
Kind Regards
