I paid £180 for two visits then I spoke to neighbour who went to local authority who arranged a third party visit and the cost was £40 for 3 visits what a difference as you can imagine we were shocked at paying over 4 times the amount that a neighbour paid

A first class service, we live near fields so mice and rats are occasionally a problem. PestControl.co.uk is the first company we have used that hasn't just solved the problem but reviewed the entire property making suggestions on future prevention, guiding us to make changes ourselves to save money and where that was difficult giving us options. Thoroughly professional, I cannot recommend them enough.

Same day discovered woodworm, contacted Pest Control, sent pics and came to survey next day. Treated a few weeks after as was having work done on the house. Jamie was very professional and did a great job. First time buyers, it was a bit stressful, but he was very helpful and we felt assured after. Good guarantee on treatment, just remember VAT on top of quoted price!

Just want yo say a proper thank you to James Roberts, from the chat on the phone telling me not to worry, to coming out and spraying my floor, he was very calming and gave us lots of sensible advice. I had woodworm in my antique furniture which had spread to my floor and carpet grippers. I was super stressed but he camled the situation by giving us several options all which were really reassuring.
He couldn’t access under my floor but sprayed the room from inside. If I can
Make a proper access to reach under my floor boards then he will come back and spray underneath if it becomes necessary. Its just taken the stress out of it. He is a really nice person. I would definitely recommend James Roberts.

I would like a full refund as I have paid out £90 for treatment on my house for a wasp problem and it is worse now than ever in the same place its always been. I have had 2 visits to cure the problem and it has just gone worse.i can't open my window in this heat wave. I am totally stressed out. I dont trust the company to come back out again as both visits were a waste of time. I have sent a complaints e mail for the attention of the ceo but not had a reply to my complaint. I will be contacting trading standards. Do not use this company if you have a wasp problem.

Called Pestcontrol.co.uk to sort out a wasps nest after husband's attempts had failed. A lovely guy called Leo (Nottingham area) came out and we couldn't have asked for a better person. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful but even better he sorted the problem in less than an hour. He offered to come back in a week if we still had a problem and "blast" the nest again with whatever they use free of charge. Thankfully the next day we were virtually wasp free whereas the day he came we were inundated with the blighters! Thanks Leo. You are great.

I woke up a couple of weeks ago to a mouse in my room (mortified and screaming) my landlord had Phil Hume come out to inspect. He could not have done more for me. He came back a couple of times the first day as i kept seeing the mouse. He went above and beyond! Such a nice and reassure guy! Honestly he’s an assest to this company and has truly put my mind at ease with my experience. I have now had my 3 visits (and hopefully final) and each time he has been professional, knowledgable, reassuring and thorough!

James (Manchester) was great from the start. We had an issue with infestations and he came in immediately, identified the issues and entry points. Lay traps and bait throughout the venue and within a very short time frame we had zero signs of any infestations. We have now signed up to an ongoing contract with James as he has been so helpful and guided us through exactly what we need to do to keep on top of everything going forward. An excellent experience all round.

Darren (Bognor Regis) was supposed to come to sort out birdproofing the front of our house on 23 February (he had previously given us an estimate which we agreed to). He called me on the morning to say that he had a doctor's appointment and wouldn't be able to come, so we rescheduled for 3 March. He said he would call me on the day to confirm what time to expect him.

By midday on 3 March I hadn't heard anything, so I called him and he said that he was coming later but was trying to work around the weather. He asked whether it was raining where we are and I said it had not rained here all day. He said that he would call me to let me know when he would be coming.

I never heard anything further from him. I messaged him in the evening to ask what was happening, but didn't get any reply.

It is particularly disappointing because we had already waited a couple of weeks due to his holiday (and then his doctor's appointment) and the work really needs to be done. He was helpful in person when he came to estimate (hence two stars rather than one) but our experience overall has been poor.

James at Pest Control did a fantastic job for us sorting out a problem we had with mice. He was courteous and very professional, and was always available to give advice on how to deal with the issue. Would certainly go back to this company if any similar issues arise in the future.

I called Tony at 12.30am as I had an emergency pest problem. I only called as it says 24/7 on his website.

No answer but I managed to get someone else out at 2am from another company

Tony called me f-ing and blinding at 6.30am saying why did I call him so late. I explained it said 24/7 on the website.

I have never come across such digusting language to a potential customer and he has reqlly shown a true side of him that I was not expecting. Espcially as someone who had reached out for help.

Lets hope his manners improve and he also updates his website to take off 24/7 and updates google business too.

So the chappie comes, sets a trap for my rodent in the loft , with a camera. Cost , can't recall, I think it was £100. Rodent eats bait, leaves poo & trap is not triggered. To have him come back again two weeks later, reset the trap again would cost a further £100. Assuming say the rodent then did set the trap off and/or to set bait would then cost another £100. I decided to call it day after the first visit & he came & retrieved his trap & camera without a charge.

David Lines (RH) visited my property after we had a pigeon issue where they were nesting under our solar panels. He was professional and reliable and did the protection job he said he would really efficiently. Previous to speaking to David I had given up and thought there was nothing we could do. This should now resolve the issue which I’m really pleased about…cheers David!

Unfortunately I recently had to use the services of PestControl. James Roberts was the operative that attended my house.
He was very professional, courteous, meticulous, and especially kind with my 88-year-old mother-in-law who was beside herself. A real credit to himself and the company.
Luckily the situation was resolved very quickly and efficiently.
For reasons that I am sure all will understand and agree, I hope that I don’t need the services of PestControl again, but if the need arose I would not hesitate in calling them or recommending them to anyone else.

Very impressed with the service. Kyle called me yesterday and let me know he would come today and sort my wasp problem. He was very polite and extremely professional. He explained everything to me and what to look for in the next few days. Very impressed would highly recommend this service.

Although he said he couldn't find the nest, despite me finding it within 5 minutes of him leaving (it was a big huge thing right in front of the loft door). Charged me £80 for treatment that didn't work or solve the problem. Tried to email him to resolve the issue and he never replied.

I had the misfortune to need a pest control expert after finding i had a visitor in my loft. A mr leon Blackwell came to see me .Explained my problem,he explained what he would do,what would happen.He arranged to came back ten days later and to my absolute delight my problem had vanished.Highty .Highly recommend Pestcontrol.co.uk. Called about a wasps nest. Charlie turned up (no ID or logo) armed with a broom. Looked and said they weren't wasps but ground bees which would cost an extra £50 and there was no guarantee it would work. I asked if ground bees were aggressive - he said yes. I asked if bees were protected - he said no. Something didn't feel right so I asked to leave it (to his credit - he didn't charge). Quick google showed ground bees are not aggressive and rarely sting. We had our estate agent send their guy and he quickly said they are actually wasps and that you're not supposed to get rid of bees anyway as they are protected. Feel like this guy was trying to scam us. Either he lied or really doesn't know much about pests!

This company did not cure our problem, offered no guarantee & was in & out in 20 minutes, it cost £108, sorry but I would not recommend them to anybody, our problem persist's & we now have got a local company involved with a focus on customer service not a quick profit, please also note that all the local phone numbers on the net doesn't mean its a local company.
