Bus comfortable and clean, all well organized!
The bus was really comfortable and clean!
The guide gave us some good tips on the best tours to add to our trip and everything was well organized so that we would be never left behind even if a experience was delayed.
The enjoyed the dune buggy and the visit to Arequipa market, where both our guides were awesome, Ana and Julio Cesar.
We had some problems with the Flight over Nazca lines, where just three of us of the group that booked the experience through the app where left waiting for two hours without explanation, because apparently the company was waiting other costumers to show up. We wanted to add some visits with the rest of the group in Nazca but couldn't because of this.
Also would suggest to add the Puno to Cusco track with the Sun Route. We had to book it with a different company even though we would have loves to do it with PeruHop

I have traveled to Peru many times and this was the first time I’ve heard of Peruhop - additional marketing describing the services you provide will be great. I will recommend you for sure. I noticed the buses (your transportation assets) are kind of dated. I would recommend a review of the stops for breakfast and lunch - I am sure Peru has better options regarding the quality of the food served. Thanks for the opportunity.

Great way to explore Peru
Peru Hop offers a fantastic way to discover Peru. All my guides, JC, Ana, and Emazon, were great and always ready to help with any questions. The only downsides were the issues with seat reservations (though I did receive a discounted excursion as compensation) and some of the excursions booked through Tourpit weren't perfect. But I would highly recommend exploring Peru with HOP!

They are a great way to see Peru
They are a great way to see Peru. They pickup and drop off at most accommodations, and if travelling solo this is a bonus. They give suggestions for accommodation and tours to do, and they’re all great. You get some free inclusions, eg Paracas National Reserve, the slave tunnels, and the Nasca viewing tower. You’ll meet people from all over the world. It’s an amazing experience and the tour guides are all really nice and ready to help with tips on the places to eat, and things to do.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Peru Hop experience.

We did the full-day tour from Lima to Huacachina
We did the full-day tour from Lima to Huacachina with Peru Hop, and honestly, it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
On paper it looks like a long day, but it’s really well paced from start to finish, so it never actually feels exhausting. Everything flowed smoothly and there was a good balance between activities and downtime.
The Ballestas Islands tour was amazing, we saw so many sea lions (including loads of pups), and it was a really special experience being out on the water. Definitely one of those “wow” moments.
After lunch, the pisco tasting was a really nice touch. It broke the day up nicely and gave a bit of local flavour to the experience.
Huacachina itself was unreal. The dune buggy ride was insane in the best way, like a proper rollercoaster over the dunes. The drivers were brilliant and made it so fun without ever feeling unsafe. Sandboarding was also great fun, even if you’re a beginner.
There were loads of opportunities for photos throughout the day, but the sunset over the dunes was something else — genuinely stunning and one of those memories that sticks with you.
Lunch was tasty, and everything felt well organised.
A big shoutout to Diego, our host, he was informative, helpful, and kept everything running on time without making it feel rushed. You could tell he genuinely cared about everyone having a good experience.
All in all, it was absolutely worth the money and the early start. A long day, but one we’ll remember really fondly.

Great trip! (Lima to Arequipa 3 Days)
We enjoyed meeting the other travelers. Peru Hop did a good job of creating opportunities for everyone to socialize.
Our hosts were excellent! They spoke fluent English, told us a lot about the cities and local customs, and patiently handled every request. We used the WhatsApp group for pre-ordering meals, booking excursions, and receiving detailed info on each day’s schedule. I was impressed at how well-organized everything was.
The recommended “extra” activities (Ballestas boat, Huacachina dune buggy) were awesome! The "included" stops showcased local culture and were well-timed for breaking up the drives. I liked trying local foods and using clean bathrooms.
The buses were clean and air conditioned, and I liked the headrest covers. The high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi worked fine. The drivers handled the bus well, and I always felt safe on the road, even during the overnight drive through the mountains. But there were issues with seat comfort. Bus #1 had not enough leg room, broken seatback recline. Bus #2 (overnight) had good leg room, but seat backs were lumpy and bathroom odor was horrible. And on both buses, the seat belts were faulty (they wouldn't retract), so we didn’t wear them.
Peru Hop was a great value. Our hosts and drivers were great. We had lots of fun and enjoyed seeing some of "the real Peru." I would recommend Peru Hop to my friends, with the caveat that the long overnight trip may be uncomfortable and possibly smelly.

Peru Hops Guides Shine
I've been travelling to Perú annually for the last 8 years. I had seen Peru Hop blogs and videos on social media doing research on Peru's sights and always thought that as a 50+ year old that it was not for me,
but more for backpacking younger travelers. I was very wrong. Peru Hop is for everyone. We did a short 2 day/1 night trip from Lima that included the Ballesta Islands, Pisco tour, Huacachina desert dune buggy ride and sandboarding. The trip included a night stay at the recently opened Senoma hotel. We were able to add on a flight for the Nazca Lines for the following day. Everything was amazing! Peru Hop takes care of all the logistics for your trip! Everything from bus rides to entry fees to accommodations. Peru Hop even picks you up at your hotel in Lima. Peru Hop attracts travelers from all around the world and even older travelers like us! We were able to make new friends from around the world. But what really makes Peru Hop shine in our opinion is their guides. Our guide, Julio Cesar (or JC) was amazing! He made sure that every client's needs were met since everyone had different in their final tour needs. JC was always ready to listen, advise and reassure us that everything was going to be great. I was saddened that we didn't have him for our entire route, but our tour guide for the next day Liz was great as well even though she was a 3rd party Peru Hop guide. We needed a different tour option at the end of the Nazca flights and to not return to Lima. She was able to get us on a transport that took us to the bus station in Nazca. I recommend Peru Hop 100%! They take on all the hazzle of a complicated trip inside Peru to make travel easier. I can see it especially helpful if you want to travel to Machu Picchu. The Peru Hop website was easy to use. I will definitely be using Peru Hop again!

Bolivia/Peru Hop completly took care…
Bolivia/Peru Hop completely took care of us, from picking us up & dropping us off at our hotels, to shepherding us through the border crossing, and helping us arrange to store our excess baggage. We changed the days of a couple of hops with no friction whatsoever (it should be noted, you can’t change times, only days). They were hugely responsive and helpful. Also the price is very competitive. Highly recommended!

Muy buena experiencia sobre todo la navegación y el oasis de la Huacachina, el buggie adrenalina a full y el sandboard simplemente espectacular, la único que me defraudó un poco es el menú del almuerzo en la bodega, esperaba platos más típicos como ceviche, lomo salteado, suspiro limeño y tres leches, hubo otras opciones pero de calidad no muy buena, por el resto súper recomendable, excelente y muy profesional nuestra guía Yeli.

We enjoyed our experience. Booking was easy and the organization was well-run.
The guides were kind and always well-intentioned. We greatly appreciated the information shared on the WhatsApp groups.
However, since we didn't follow a single guide for the entire tour, we had to adapt to each new guide and WhatsApp group. During our trip between Puno and Cusco, the bus windows were very dirty, preventing us from taking any photos, even though we had planned to travel during the day to enjoy the scenery and take pictures. A shame.
One last thing, we did not know that a visit to the Paracas reserve was included, so we booked a tour that included it. Had we known, we would not have done it.
Except for that, everything else went smoothly.

Exceeded all my expectations
Best experience and a wonderful way to get around Peru. Hannah, the bus host was excellent making sure everyone passed through customs and immigration into Bolivia flawlessly. The seats were comfortable and wifi was great. I wish this was available all over the world.
