I ordered the paving next day I cancelled it. I got email you can't cancelled because you already paid and we will charge you huge sums of money to cancel it. Please don't buy anything from them they are greedy basterds.

ordered 40 lengths of Duraplank, 25 plastic joiners and delivery by 2 people as I would not likely be home. The web site said two days delivery. It took 10 days after a lot of emails. When the delivery driver arrived he was on his own. I had to help him unload by hand. When I went to install the planks I discovered I hade been supplied with only 38 plank that were HARDIEPLANK?? totally different product that I cant use as it has to mach the previously installed duraplank. To add to this the packet that the plastic strips came in had been opened and contained only 24 strips. Stay well away from this company. Very very poor. I have won a huge government building contract and I will make sure I never deal with this mob again

Very impressed with this company. Bought 4 packs of pavers online and were delivered within 4 days as agreed. The sales person Krunal was so helpful and professional and I would recommend anyone else to buy from them with a peace of mind.

Avoid at all costs.
Do not order anything from this company. We were let down for planned delivery after paying $450 for hiab delivery. Delivery was then delayed by over 3 weeks. When order was finally delivered, the driver had no hiab so pavers could not be placed in correct area (the driver interestingly was from Midland Brick!).
Krunal is rude and offensive, he point blank refused to refund the money we paid for hiab delivery to ensure the pavers were dropped in correct area.
He put phone down on us several times then refused to answer.
Do not order anything from these cowboys, they will rip you off one way or the other.

They have a lot of good products on offer and at reasonable prices - However the website does not inform that your order is being outsourced and talk like they have a physical presence with stock on hand. PLEASE update your web page to actually state X products must be made off site to order OR will be sourced from a supplier. I'm happy enough but I would have gone elsewhere as I assumed that I was going to be able to collect myself next day as that is what the site says a lot. Confusing and ultimately frustrating.

Very poor communication. Misleading website - implies they have stock for sale but they just source from elswhere. After I placed my order they wanted a minimum order quantity so a $3 product would end up costing over $80. Waste of time. Lots of one star reviews then glowing five star ones - odd.

Ordered Cockburn cement delivered BGC cement.

Great website where you can easily order online. Or order over the phone and Krunal will happily assist you. Very quick delivery as well.

My mum always said that if you dont have anything good to say about someone, keep your mouth shut. First and last time dealing with this company

Easy communication, fast collection time. Excellent pricing and stock availability

It's how suppliers deal with things that don't go right the first time that makes great service. I ordered materials that are not currently available (globally), but Krunal at Perth Building Materials let me know what alternatives were available and recommended a different product. Delivery was prompt and although that part of the process didn't go quite as planned, they rectified it the same day. I have no hesitation in using this supplier again.

Great service and delivery.
Ordered on line and needed some advice. Krunal called and sorted it for me. Also the delivery guys put the delivery in an undercover area.

Pretty cheeky how you add the additional $44 for nothing

order was delivered promptly the next day,
driver was very punctual.

Quick delivery of product and delivery driver went above and beyond to place product undercover

Easy to order online, delivery time was great

Website needs to be kept up to date with what is in stock. Twice now they did not have what we ordered. Upside they did supply the large size then we required at the same price as what we ordered.

I went to pick up a piece of Jarrah I paid for they didnt tell me it wasnt their business but it was actually hume timber and doors. He gave me the wrong address for the business the number did not exist. Finally got the correct information after going to 3 different sections hume windows and doors but they gave me a pice of mdf !!!!!!!!!!! said they never stocked jarrah. All up this complete fiasco took 3 hours of my time. This company does not sell products they simply on sell from other suppliers and put a margin on it. Will never do business with them again. did get a refund !!!!!
