Excellent price - received the perfume earlier than expected with a sample for another perfume also enclosed. Best price I could find online and early delivery - I am very happy!

I ordered 3 bottles of perfume on the 20th July. They are said to have been delivered on the 25th August, which they have not. Tried contacting them 3 times but no reply to any email. I would not touch them with a barge pole.

Ordered on 18th August
And it's now Saturday 24th August and I still haven't received my order.
I have email them once and had reply and told it would be look into never got back to me. Now waiting on another response .
At this point just want my money back.

A bottle of perfume I recently purchased ( June) came with a faulty spray dispenser, I made contact and without quibble I was sent a free returns label to send my faulty item back and a replacement bottle was posted and received the next day. I was kept updated too. Really impressed with this level of service and would recommend this retailer 😀👍 Thank you.

Royal Mail did not do their job to deliver my perfume but as soon as it was reported the staff at Perfume UK solved the issue. Firstly by establishing where the hold up was and when it still did not come posted out a replacement and gave me a £10 refund. Brilliant

Where do I start at first sceptic trying a new site to my one of my favourite perfumes..and then everything fell into place and dry dry surprised I had never come across this site before (Perfume uk)

1. Great price - Cheapest price on www
2. Item arrived in two days - My order was under £35 so it wasn't as though I had spent £100's for this speedy delivery.
3. Very securely and economically wrapped - Very impressed!
4. Free sample was also placed into my order - what a lovely gesture...
5. Given a discount code for 5% off my next order!

Now all I'm going to say is for a company I have never heard of Perfumeuk, I never ever expected this much care as most things you buy online from the transaction to delivery the process is robotic sadly so I really did feel valued here, I recently went to the Royal Opera House and spent a lot more on my ticket and can honestly say the overall service and face to face experience was 1/10 the play 1010.

I emailed Perfumeuk and spoke to Sophie extremely pleasant 10/10.

Clearly this company is doing something right and I can't recommend them enough.

The perfume arrived quickly and was well packaged so the bottle was undamaged. I had waited to order this perfume and was pleased to get it at a reduced price though it is a new fragrance. It was an added bonus to receive a sample of another perfume which is nice to carry in a handbag. All in all a good purchase thank you.
