Very genuine team with great service. They kept me updated on the deliveries as the performance filter was imported from Europe (through uncontrolled tariff's chaos).
Detailed description of items helped me select the right product, and they also confirmed via email if the product was the right fit or not for my Audi. They had the best price in the market.

Overall, very pleased with this transaction! Bought a cold air intake just for the nice asthetic look of it and am happy with how it came out. There was a slight shipping delay but they were still able to get everything out to me as promptly as possible. Communication is a huge plus, so I definitely appreciated the consistent updates when I went to check on the statuses throughout the process. Thank you!

Once you see where it goes, it’s very easy to install. It are some videos online there is one specific to my car, which is wonderful.

Horrible customer service and product.

There was a mistake on my package and i called and happily changed the location for me with no fees or UPS fees.

After considering an OBD II ECM for some time, going back and forth with whether I should or shouldn’t, I finally decided to pull the plug and purchase the Stage ! module from PCT (Performance Chip Tuning) for my 2010 Honda Fit.

Before I get into the actual review, my hesitancy was partially based on the innumerable comments/reviews on various sites indicating that these tuning chips are scams, that they don’t really add any performance, they’re snake oil, and/or the only way to add performance is with actual adjustments/upgrades to the air/fuel mixture, cold air intake, or any combination thereof.

As time and money are an issue, I wanted an add-on that was simple to install, didn’t require a degree to configure, and was reasonably priced. This is where PCT fits the bill as the module is simply plug and play with no configuration needed, no cutting or splicing of wires, no complicated setup, just align the module with OBD II connector and you’re off and running.

Since I have had the Stage 1 module in place for a couple of weeks now, I can say that it has given me the desired gains I was hoping for. I’ve noticed a slight improvement in fuel efficiency (probably would be more so if not for a heavy foot), the throttle response is more immediate, the acceleration is brisker, and the mid-range torque is more pronounced throughout the rev band. I enjoy all the more bobbing and weaving in and out of traffic as if I am a professional driver on a stunt course of sorts.

With that said, will I win any street races or join a racing circuit due to the overall improvements? No, of course not! It is still just a meager and miserly Honda Fit with a 1.5 l engine cranking out 117/106, respectively and yet, though, thanks to the Stage 1 module, it’s as if I’ve added so much more to the Fit as it seems to have found its sweet spot with the addition of the module.

All in all, I am rather impressed with the Stage 1 module from PCT. It has delivered on the claims promulgated on the website. From improvements in fuel economy, to better throttle response, more exhilarating acceleration, and more available torque, the PCT Stage 1 module is money well spent. In fact, I plan on getting the Stage II module in the immediate future.

I have the hottest rav4 in cental florida. V8 trucks struggle to pass me. The short stack pipe was easy to install and works great with the stage 1 chip. I've paired this with a MaxFlo muffler and use 89 octane gasoline!

Took about 2 weeks like it said. Truly recommend

I wish I read these reviews earlier, I disputed the part I ordered from here because It took 3 months for them to even provide me an update. They only emailed me once their payment was gone selfish scamming company. I sent them screenshots of UPS not having the product and them never actually shipping the item and they claim that I supposedly have the part still. Don't order from them unless you wanna throw away money...

This place is a fraud they claimed to have hassle free returns. I ordered a performance chip for my car. It did nothing. It does nothing for performance. We dyno it before and we hooked it up and then we dyno it again. It changes nothing in your car. You’re crazy. This place is a complete fraud. You call them. Try to return your product. See if you get anybody to talk to you They never even answer the phone. I sent them three or four emails already. I get no response this place is a joke. I strongly suggest you don’t waste your money and dealing with this place serious I ordered one cold air intake system. They charged me for two and sent me two and then a stage four performance chip is garbage. It did nothing for my Cadillac sincerely, Shawn Bell.

The worst customer service I've every got I ordered a part called them to see where it was Tony told me I can wait like everyone else for there tracking number . I asked if I could pay extra for faster shipping he had a smart ass answer for that . He told me he was going to do nothing for me cuz I didn't pay enough for he attention I guess . He's terrible I hope you fix his customer service. First and last time I order from here I found the same part on ebay for $50 less after I placed my order!!!

Horrible!!,don’t buy parts from here , I bought the “cold air intake” which is really a short ram intake but I was fine with that , I bought the part for my exact car model, took it to my trusted mechanic shop they tried to put it on the hose connector is the totally wrong size and very cheap material. Will be shipping the part back. Just buy a K&N intake don’t waste your time on cheap intakes like these.

Just the fact that after I had my mistake with when the cold air intake got here it was easy to install and I haven’t had any problems with it I love it

Been a month with no response from voicemails or e mails. How smart must a person be, to place a label on a box and put in mail. Can these F- walk and chew gum at same time???? They will have to prove it to me. Okay though, I'm racing at Gainesville soon. Gonna visit the address I got from the BBB

Would not recommend them should of looked up the reviews before I placed an order with them they say 48 hour shipped time they are liars been over 2 weeks and item has not shipped so I tried to cancel the order since I can just buy it locally and 0 response from email or phone call gonna have to call my bank and dispute the charge to get my money back

I gave it one star because it wouldn’t let me leave them all blank. The chip does not noticeably work, in HP or Gas mileage. I talked to them about it and they said to return it for a full refund. Well I bought the chip plus an OBD splitter. I sent them both back and the refund was almost $45 shorted. After attempting to call and speak to someone for 3 days before I could finally get through. Once I did, the guy was especially arrogant and argumentative. He said there was a restocking fee applied to my refund. They’re return policy states that if it’s not in like new condition a restock fee would be applied. The chip looks exactly as it did when I opened the box for the first time and it was returned in all the original packaging materials. He just continued to argue with me about it.
