We have just moved in today and used the perfect group to help us with the move.

The lads who moved us in where Nathaniel, Kia and Albert.
They turned up on time, came prepared, loaded the van efficiently, looked after our stuff, friendly, easy to get on with, etc etc.
They were forced to wait for a good few hours whilst we exchanged and completed but it’s was never a problem.
They made us feel very relaxed it wasn’t an issue.
When the time to off load again they were great.
Honestly really good guys, took everything where we wanted if we asked them.
Made a stressful day a lot less.

My recent experience with an online customer service was absolutely outstanding!
Agent handled my query with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Every response was clear, helpful, and delivered promptly. What truly impressed me was that the company’s online customer service was still available at 8:30 PM — something I honestly didn’t expect! 👏

Moving house is stressful at the best of times but Haydon and his crew made the process run as smoothly as possible. I had 2 days of packing, then the big move day. They arrived on time each day and worked tirelessly and cheerfully to get it all done. Nothing was a bother for them, even the difficult access to the house I was moving out of. They were polite and tidy, protecting carpets and furniture so that clean-up afterwards was easy. Once in the new house, Haydon checked with me before leaving that everything was where I wanted it, and the lads had no problem moving a few boxes around to make things easier for me. The only thing which I would have changed woild have been to have the same people there each day, as my crew changed each day (apart from Haydon). Big shout out to Haydon, Dean, Kay, Kade, Josh, Ezra - and apologies to those whose names I’ve forgotten! You were all great.

The two employees who replaced our furniture after redecoration in two large rooms certainly lived up to the Company name. They were hard working, careful with every item, some of which were not easy to handle.
They were also polite and very helpful.
We will certainly use the Perfect Group again.

The Perfect Group were outstanding! I couldn’t have asked for a better company to store my belongings.
The guys who visited my house were friendly and really put me at ease both during the collection and the return. They were incredibly careful with my belongings and my house and I really appreciated it.
I was also grateful for their genuine understanding of my situation and they were patient and thoughtful.
The people in the office who contacted me were also excellent and made the process easy.
I would highly recommend them.

We used perfect group Walsall for our move in Warwickshire. We moved over the August bank holiday weekend from Bedworth to Bulkington and the team were fantastic. I went to assist with lifting furniture to be told to leave it to them and just direct where things need to go and what room is what. We didn’t have to lift a finger. They were considerate of neighbours, they were polite and friendly, they covered sofas, tv’s and anything we hadn’t already packed or packed well enough they made sure it was safe and secure. Floors at the new house were cream carpets so they put covers down over all the floors to protect it. Everything ran smoothly on the day and even at the new house when my indecisive wife wanted to move things round constantly from room to room it wasn’t too much trouble. Even when it was all done they checked to see if we wanted anything moving and once we were happy they signed off the job and left. I would 1000% recommend these guys.

The Perfect Group removed the contents of several rooms in our home to storage whilst building work was undertaken. From start to finish, their service was excellent. Prompt, friendly and clear communication about arrangements. The staff undertaking the removals were very skilled, professional and lovely to deal with, particularly important given they were in our home. All our items were handled with care and everything was labelled accurately. This was proven when it was all returned to the right place on completion of the work. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

This company at the very last minute came to my home and removed a bed, wrapped it and stored it for seven weeks. It came back in perfect condition and was placed exactly where we wanted it without fuss or damage to the bed or our property. The men who returned the bed were kind, courteous and considerate. So we’re the original men who carried out the initial removal. This company cared about customers and their property and all were extremely professional in every way. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them. Thank you also to Kaitlan for the help given.

Can’t thank the Perfect Group enough. Mabel and James were great - providing quick turnaround with the quote, dropping off all of the packing materials required (and then more when we needed additional boxes). The team on the day of the move worked their socks off loading and unloading the vans and ensuring everything went smoothly and we were happy. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect group were fantastic from start to finish. The communication was great. They handled our belongings with care. The team worked solidly for two days to move us from our two bedroom home and unloaded everything exactly where we wanted it at the other end. I really felt like I could trust the team with the whole process and our belongings. I would highly recommend Perfect Group to others.

Moving back into our re-built home (3 years after it burned down) was always going to be a challenging experience.... Haydon and the team instilled confidence at every step of the way - from planning what would be done when (two day move) - to taking great care to protect new carpets and ensure that nothing was damaged (nor walls scuffed) during the move. Great job by all and much appreciated !

Had a great service from the guys who came to do the removals. Richard and Nicole were friendly, helpful and kept in touch the whole time. Can’t fault them.

Dave and his team were brilliant and extremely professional. They understood that I was grieving for my late husband, who had passed away last year,and that I had found it difficult going through all his things.
They were very kind and friendly and super efficient.
So much so that a word of warning. If your things are going into storage, don’t hold on to any items you want to keep with you or they will be whisked away and packed in a blink of an eye.
David even found my husband’s lost wedding ring which had got stuck on a jeweller’s sizing implement and managed to prise it off! He also found some gold jewellery and some crystal glasses and an extremely large, engraved crystal cup which my husband had won for a golf classic. They only took two mornings to pack the lot in spite of my leaving loads of things around.
Lauren, in the office, is lovely too and understood my situation.
When they bring back everything eventually, I do hope that Dave will be available again.

The Perfect removal company were fantastic. They turned up on time, were friendly, cheerful, helpful and really could not have done more to help us. Our huge amount of boxes and furniture were out of our old house by 11.15am. They started moving into our new house at 2.30pm and were finished by 4.15pm! The beds were built, everything was in place to the best of their ability. The garage shelves were all in place with lots of boxes. They used floor coverings at both houses so everything was left clean. I would not use another company after this.
